HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE SERVICE! Order fried to dine in n some to go. Ask for the 2nd fries to be made after i ate. They took like 20 mins with no one else there. Didnt get them to dine in n they made both at the same time. All they were doing is sitting there talking. The fries were hard and barely gave us any.

Through 2 times I went here this is all the food I got.
The taco. A standard good tex mex style hard shell taco.
The super burrito with steak. They put that very lovely chili sauce on it that’s spicy and orange. The size of it and all the meat plus that sauce is some great eating.
The chili relieno. Buried in lettuce tomato with that spicy chili sauce again. It’s great on things like this . The chili relieno tastes great. Cheese filler no meat.
Last but not least, triple cheeseburger plain. Very big. Good size. Lesser seasoning or salt than I’d think but it tasted good still. You never want to over salt it either.
Atmosphere. Cafeteria style. Not too bad.

Out of all the chubbys locations I feel like this one is the best (the one on 104th and feds is awful and stingy)
My biggest complaint about this on is I ordered the chubby size and large size and came home and weighed them and they weighed almost the same! Also NEVER order ‘extra’ anything. If you order extra cheese they will put less chile… If you order extra chile they will charge u but not add extra . The issue is if you order SMOTHERED anything you expect to get it actually smothered. They barely put enough chile to cover the top layer of fries the rest will be dry. Feel like they need to do better. Their menu items are not cheap for them to be so stingy.

I am first going to say I have eaten at chubby’s restaurants for about 30 years I have eaten at all of them tonight’s meal was fine no complaints the review that I want to put out there was from last week sometime I’m not sure exactly what day might have even been Christmas Eve I just don’t remember but it was not a good experience for me as my order was a chubby size that wasn’t so chubby size as well there was so much chili that when the guy put it into the bag it dripped everywhere and when I opened the plate lid the chili ran out onto my lap I was in a hurry to eat and be on my way and that is what I did without going back in complaining about the meal it didn’t seem chubby’s sized and too much chili unless it was just the act of the guys throwing it into the bag it was a little bit tilted too far to not spill anything. this is the first time in all those years that I have had a negative experience overall hey I’m not perfect and I love chubbys so that’s what I have to say. I do have pictures and video of this event but I don’t feel like it’s necessary to show unless they want me to and I would imagine not. Once again I love chubbys and I will continue to visit

Heard about the world famous Chubbies, and had to try them out. The food looked & smelled great , but it was so hot, that you couldn’t enjoy the food don’t mean to be a bummer here, but I highly doubt that me myself personally will be back. I’m sure others enjoy that type of heat, So I’m pretty sure you’re not going to go broke without my business, LOL but I will put it out there that you know your business has been around for many years and you’re still standing strong so there’s something good there. And I love Mexican food I eat it all the time this was just too much heat but everything else was good. A little pricey though,

Unfortunately yesterday I had a metal shaving in my Chile fries. At first I thought it was a Staple but it was a metal shaving probably off of a can. I contacted the store and they gave me Lorraine’s the manager’s number she asked for the photos and said she would get back to me but didn’t. I didn’t want them to remake the food as I was Grossed out. But with the poor customer service I won’t be back.

And I am not joking when I say that I am an individual with a very resistant stomach! But When I ate this food, I was literally in the bathroom all day! Horrible!

I’ve been a die hard Chubby’s fan for years now, but this location can’t ever seem to get my husbands order right. Their green chili is too hot for him, so we always order “light chili” yet they STILL drench the fries in chili. Every.Single.Time. Their new mild green chili is still too hot for him, too. & I always ask for extra cheese on my fries & they hardly put any on them, yet I still get charged for it. I just feel like the cooks in the back should really try to pay attention to the details of every customers order. I love your guys’ food, but we can’t eat here anymore because of these issues.
