I had the mushroom swiss burger with curly fries. The portion was generous and the bun and veggies were fresh. The meat was good quality but definitely needed a bit more seasoning. The curly fries had good flavor but they weren’t as fresh as I would have liked. I would definitely come back again.

Food is absolutely amazing there’s a coffee bar attached to the other side that serves fried pies and hand sculpted coffees. In my opinion if you’re ever in minneola Texas stop off it is worth the time and the money. The weight can be long especially around lunch time. But in my opinion it is worth it.

This place is an icon in East Texas. The food is FABULOUS, the service is good and there’s a lovely shop to visit after your meal. The walls are covered with artwork and thank you notes left by previous patrons. You haven’t had a real burger until you get one at East Texas Burger Company.

We got there at a real busy time! The napkin art was entertaining. Loved the fried green beans! Good chicken friend steak and the jalapeno gravy was an excellent touch.

Sunday 10/26/25 I ordered the chicken strip basket and some of the chicken was absolutely raw in the middle. I informed our waiter and he apologized. We also informed the front counter staff and they said they’d let the kitchen know. No one offered to replace my meal or comp it even though it was inedible… we will not be back and I am hoping I do not become ill as I did not realize it was raw until I bit into it. I am still queasy thinking about it.

Big juicy ols fashioned burgers. Huge hand breaded chicken fried steaks, hamburger steak with brown gravy yummy. Mashed potatoes and other sides all delicious. Prices as great as the food. Get there early it fills up quick. But regardless, worth the wait.

I don’t usually eat hamburgers but this place is awesome. No dried out piece of leather that’s been kept under warmer. Actually need to eat here more. Homey atmosphere with great staff! Reasonably priced.

Went there just once. My food was phenomenal, except that what they THINK a “Philly cheese steak” is, was a creation (though yummy) unlike anything I’d ever seen when I lived near Philly for decades (crushed rock salt? lol). Still, delicious. BUT then my fiance showed me her food… chicken parmesan… with RAW, pink meat. Then she showed me her fries, which i tried. Where my curly fries were cooked and also tasty, HER regular fries were like, cold inside. It was such a paradox. My food was yummy, if but distilled (lol), but my fiance’s food was nearly uncooked. Had this just been a review of MY food, it would have been a positive review followed by no doubt my returning there regularly. But… that was likely the 1 and only time I’ll have visited them. A restaurant should never serve food you have to go back and “correct” by more cooking.

This burgers are great! I was not to happy about the fries. I chose fries instead of waffle fries, home made potato chips, or sweet potato fries.
This is a great small town favorite place. It seems like a lot of locals come here, the staffs friendly and care about their customers. There is some parking available. My buddy that lives in Tyler Tx, mentioned to me that this burgers were good, almost like the jucys burgers. This restaurant is clean and it feels real homie.
