I have been here a multitude of times in the past and from what i can tell recently they are under new management. Since then the food quality and cleanliness have taken a hit. Upon arriving to this place the food is dry and unpleasant looking as if it sits there all day long. Especially the proteins and rice. The beans some days aren’t even cooked. Multiple times i have bitten into rock solid beans. They charge extra for queso and street corn which 9 times out of ten are dried out and can tell they been sitting out all day long. Not the mention the almost 2 $6 stuffed empanadas which is just Nutella stuffed pastry which are the size of a baby’s hand. I have also notice roaches literally crawling in the seating areas. Which has lead my family to stop eating here. Very disappointing and disgusting establishments. Not sure why they haven’t been closed down if they have that bad of a rodent issue.

I came yesterday and was immediately rushed while trying to place my order. Despite that, I completed my order and even left a tip. After driving 38 minutes home, I bit into my burrito and found a hair inside it, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. For a place that charges this much, basic food safety standards like staff wearing hair restraints should not be optional. The store was closed by the time I got home, so I couldn’t address it immediately. This experience was beyond disappointing and turned my $25 meal into a complete waste.Gladly wont be showing my face here again

I have ordered from here using Uber Eats and it’s always good. Went in there today to pick up food. The place is very bright, clean, welcoming. Man behind the counter was very welcoming. Prepared my food with ease and care. The food is so good and healthy. I’m def ordering again. Great addition to the area.

Burrito was horribly wrapped. At first, they had to switch all of the ingredients to a new tortilla(leaving half of the sauces on the previous one), then it was wrapped in two tortillas ♀️, giving it taste of a dough while eating instead of the ingredients. We have been here twice and definitely wont be coming back.

We had a nice experience overall. My son enjoyed his burrito bowl with grilled chicken, and my sriracha chicken burrito bowl was flavorful and satisfying. My daughter had the steak burrito which was good as well. Overall the food was good and the experience was pleasant. Thank you.

didn’t expect the burritos to be that good but it was so good. it was perfectly seasoned and the one i chose had the perfect amount of spice. i was able to eat this while i got sick on my ski trip. i was willing to drive further for this and it did not disappoint. i will grab this next time im back in the area

We came a little before they closed (sorry!) and they were so nice and accommodating. We have been to a Bubbakoos before, but the service here was amazing! We don’t come to the poconos a lot but when we’re in the area again we will definitely stop back! Food was fresh and great quality. Katina and Rance were so nice. Ps our burrito was the size of a newborn.
