I called because I needed a lot of chicken, and wanted it to be fresh. As soon as I said I needed to place an order, the lady asked me to hold. I drove up to KFC, whilst still on hold and ordered the food through the drive through. The lady said they did not have the amount of chicken I needed ready. I proceeded to say I called and I am still on hold! She said a fresh batch of chicken will be coming out in 10 minutes. Not only did I wait 20 minutes on hold until they finally hung up their phone, I also had to wait 23 minutes to receive my food!

I did a pick order through drive thru. The prices are ridiculous but i know that the employees have no control over that. However, they do have control over customer service. This one is just plain rude and all employees could take a class on customer service. Sometimes you have to put that smile on your face regardless of how you feel.

They suck. Went to the drive thru ordered an 8 piece meal. Also ordered a 3 piece strips only. Didn’t include the strips because they didn’t even put it on the order. You need to get your staff to pay attention. I know she heard it because she repeated the order back. Your place sucks. This is twice in two trips you have screwed it up..

11:45am on 1/21. 2 cars in parking lot and 2 cars in drive through. I went inside to order and stood there for 4.5 minutes. 2 employees walked past without even looking or acknowledging me. Person with drive through headset looked and saw me but didn’t say a thing and didn’t let anyone know I was there. Obviously I walked out.

Was pretty hungry and didn’t want to cook so I decided kfc it is …HUGE MISTAKE First OFF let’s talk about the chicken. Usually, “Original Recipe” implies a secret blend of herbs and spices; today, the secret ingredient was clearly garbage It wasn’t just greasy it was exhausted The skin had the structural integrity of a wet paper towel and was about as soggy as a sponge thats been sitting in the restaurant’s kitchen sink
Then there were the biscuits. I’m almost certain these weren’t baked they were quarried. I tried to break one open and nearly sparked a fire. If NASA is looking for a sustainable material to heat-shield their next shuttle, I’ve found your supplier right here in Manchester. I’ve had softer encounters with granite.
Between the soggy poultry and the prehistoric biscuits, nothing felt like it had been cooked in this decade. If you’re looking for a meal that doubles as a dental hazard and a texture nightmare this is your spot please save your coins and drive past Manchester kfc im so disappointed!!!!

I ordered 1 box with tenders and 1 box with fried chicken, they put down 2 boxes of tenders. After waiting 10 minutes to find out the food was wrong I went to get it fixed and they had me reorder after giving me a refund and I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. It was sitting there ready behind the counter in their little prep area for at least 3 minutes before anyone handed it to me. The food wasn’t even that good. This happens almost every time I come.

KFC has always been a favorite for my family, especially for my daughter back in the Philippines. When we moved to the U.S., this was the first fast food restaurant she wanted to try because she was missing their fried chicken so much!
The chicken here is good, but it’s a bit different from what we were used to back home. While it’s not quite the same, it still brought back fond memories of our KFC days in the Philippines. Overall, it’s a reliable place for comfort food, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re craving fried chicken!

Slow, untasty, and made me feel uneasy. I go inside , I have a hard time at the register, with a rude patron, acting like he’s on Sally . With no quality request of the server for the man to move over for 2-3 minutes after he ordered. I make my order, uneasily. I order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one being a combo. Shirts untucked also, dirty looking also on the job. Sandwiches were obviously not fresh as I saw her grab them out of the already made bin. They sit there as she walks around with an unaware attitude. 10-12 minutes later she brings them to me at the counter says “enjoy”. I take them to my table they were , Luke warm at best and thin. I eat them anyways because I don’t want to be standoffish. As I leave I simply say, “ I’ve had better KFC”. I get a disrespectful “Popeyes is always open”…. I don’t say a word until I get to my car , other than the last things I quoted here…. That’s annoying… 15 dollars not worth the trouble. 6 customers inside the damn store including myself. How immature of them.

I got two biscuits and they were both so hard they just shattered . They were the worst biscuits I have ever gotten from anyone . I love kfc but I will not be coming back here again. We could barely eat the chicken … it wasn’t super old but it was pretty hard . Potato’s we’re dry and barely any gravy
