Well first off the order is wrong, I ordered 3 piece fried chicken but got 3 piece tenders. Mashed potatoes are blah, No seasoning. The roll was good hot and soft. Tenders are good not complaining about that but when you pay $11 for lunch you would expect it to be right and taste good. Now it’s almost better and cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant.

I live close and have always loved their catfish plate and husband loves the tenders. I was upset when I got home and opened my catfish plate. It’s usually 2 whole fillets. This time is was ONE fillet cut in half. Like? It looked like fish tenders. That’s never happened and when you’re paying what you’re paying for a 2pc I expect to get two WHOLE fillets. I mean I already know the 2 fillets is one big price cut down but I don’t need it cut down AGAIN cmon if this happened again I will not be back.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Pedro with a big smile. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us without rush as if we were family. Place was clean and welcoming. We have visited this store several times and food just keeps getting better, always fresh and hot !

Go here all the time usually dont have a problem. But after $6 golden deal came out and they put up signs for it and it on the actual menu. The covered up the signs and told me that the owner won’t let them sell it. But if it’s on your menu you should honor it. I was able to still get it through the app. But you should honor what’s on your menu.

My Grandma and I came in and had lunch at this location. A customer came in several minutes behind us and he were very very rude and nasty to the cashier Ethel.
The young lady was very pleasant and help with us and plus towards following customer’s. Ethel manage herself very professional and stood her composure. They need more people like Ethel in the work field.

Golden Chick really is amazing. It’s almost pure gold. They have a huge selection of food items and it’s hard to beat those rolls. They always have great special going on and the chicken is nice and crispy. We enjoy the golden roast chicken and their Mac and cheese is decent. This is our go to place when it comes to fast food chicken. I recommend it to those who want to stear away from KFC or Popeyes.

I’ve gone to this place like three times already and food seems to be to cold every time. I think I’m done with them. Mind you their prices are extremely high for fast food. I’m am disappointed because when you get fresh food it’s good. Oh well.

Although the food is good but The lady in the blue shirt I’m assuming is the manager going from the drive thru to the counter while two-three other dudes standing in the back. I get maybe she has to be back & forth but she was rude. Making it seem like we’re a bother trying to place an order inside. People waiting long to just place an order. Even an elder woman waited no one came so she left. Obviously needs to work on getting someone to work for the counter and one for the drive thru.

I dined in and had very good experience, the food was good and fresh per usual. My shrimp very crispy and delicious. Customer service is ALWAYS great everyone is always nice and in a great mood. They take their time to make sure everything is good with my order and I was satisfied.

I must say the drive through window employee is always top tier. But my food continually is not good. Usually cold or incorrect. Today is was ice cold by the time I took my 2 minute drive from this location. I LOVE the zing sauce it is the ONLY reason i continue to come to golden chick. I feel as tho i will return for the sauce but no longer to eat the food.
