The drinks were horrible, and the food was cold. This was one of the worst experiences that a sonic that I have had other than the store in Westmoreland most of the songs have really good food with really good service the drinks or the bourbon iced coffee that tasted horrible and I’ve had probably six or seven of them at other locations which were really good. Y’all need to step up your game.

The slushes are just cold syrup 80% of the time.
Lastly almost none of the menu call buttons or screens work.

Monday, Nov 3. Pulled in and ordered at 10:15ish PM. At 10:45 I finally walked to the door to ask about my order. They were inside goofing off on facetime with a counter full of food and drinks. I finally get my food and the drink was wrong so they had to remake it. Food was cold and old!! Will never visit this location again!!!!! Very poor service and facility is decrepit and falling apart. If I hadn’t already had paid for my food I would have just left!

Basically all the screens are broken , they take 20 mins to bring out a cheese burger and a cup of ice , customer service was terrible from when I ordered all the way till I left forgot my sauce and I had to walk up to the door or the lady wouldn’t have brought it out not to mention she was very rude I always just wanted to drive off and go some where else to eat

I used to love Sonic and if I was going to get breakfast outside of my house I would go there, but this is actually crazy… The sandwich used to be almost as big as my hand. Now it is dwarfed compared to how it was and at the same time cost $2 more. So many places are making their food smaller while also raising the price, and it is just sad that my favorite breakfast spot had followed suite. It really isn’t even worth it to eat out anymore, but they gotta make those year over year profits… Will not be going back.

I counted at least six stalls that were out of order before I found one that was working to pull into. This place is in disrepair and in need of investment by management to get it in working order again.
I just ordered a drink (as always, because Sonic’s food is inedible and disgusting). It took about five minutes for them to bring my drink out after I checked in. Wish they could be faster.

The “morning drink stop” is awesome. I got a large slushie which is usually $3.19 in the AM but the discount took off $2.20. So a large slushie only cost .99!! Worddd
