Luxury Chaos
This was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

From the start, the service felt off. I ordered tacos and a single tequila shot. As someone who enjoys tequila and likes trying new brands, I asked for a recommendation, and at a Mexican restaurant, I was surprised that no one could suggest anything beyond basic options like Casamigos and Don Julio. That was the first red flag.

I ordered the tinga de pollo, beef barbacoa, and pork belly tacos. When the food came out, they were awful. The meat was extremely dry and clearly not fresh. I informed the bartender that I didn’t want the food, and I was immediately given pushback about sending it back, which already felt unprofessional.

After they finally allowed the food to be returned, the entire energy shifted. The attitudes changed, the service became cold, and the staff was visibly hostile. At that point, I decided I didn’t want anything else and chose to leave, and that’s when things escalated.

I was threatened with the police, told there was no manager available, and then suddenly a manager appeared. To be clear, the manager was the only bright spot in this entire experience. He was professional, respectful, and handled the situation properly, and I’m genuinely grateful for how he stepped in.

But the rest of the experience was completely unacceptable. Poor food quality, unprofessional service, unnecessary escalation, and disrespectful behavior from staff.

I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. One good manager can’t fix a broken culture, bad service, and bad food.

If you’re looking for the soul of Mexican cuisine with a modern, high-energy twist, Diablo’s Tacos and Mezcaleria is the place to be. Our group of seven drove all the way from Philadelphia, and we were blown away by the hospitality and the food. Finding a spot that can comfortably accommodate a larger group while maintaining top-tier service can be tricky, but Diablo’s handled us with ease. You cannot visit this place without ordering the La Catrina Fajitas. They were, quite simply, amazing. The flavor was the real winner perfectly seasoned, tender, and served with all the fresh fixings you could want, even a side salad. Ask for the hot sauces, I mixed both the verde sauces. Philly has some great food, but Diablo’s offered an experience we won’t forget anytime soon. Huge thanks to the staff for making our trip special!

Disgusting!!!!
They advertise frozen margaritas and they do not serve them. They were so short staff the bartender was the cook and the dishwasher and bus tables.!!
I ordered the 10 taco trio. It was beef chorizo nasty supposed to be one chicken just disgusting. It felt like it was meet made by Elon Musk so fake!!. On top of all that the whole thing came to $75. Not worth it now I’m on my way to senior tequila for some real Mexican food!!

For one everything we wanted was not offered at the restaurant: No Sweet tea, No FROZEN margaritas, No refried beans, Kids meals are highly over priced for portion size, not one time did the server come back to give us refills, my son who absolutely love shrimp was literally spitting the shrimp back out and my barria tacos had 0 flavor … oh and the broth is water… no consistency… no flavor … nothing. The worst 109.00 we ever spent for 3 entrees, one drink, queso. Hopefully your experience is better.

Overall it was a decent experience but it was quite expensive for what we ordered. We got the veggie quesadilla which was tasty. We wanted to order 2 tapas plates but they said we had to get 4 plates and couldn’t modify it. The drinks are over priced. I like that they have outdoor seating on the patio though.

During our first visit to Little Rock, Arkansas, we had the pleasure of dining at Diablo’s Tacos & Mezcaleria, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a vibrant, lively atmosphere that set the tone for an enjoyable evening.

One of the highlights of our meal was undoubtedly the taco sampler platter. It was a true feast for the senses, featuring an array of flavors that showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen. Each taco was crafted with fresh ingredients and unique seasonings, making it clear that a lot of care went into their preparation. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the vibrant salsas and toppings, every bite was a delightful exploration of taste and texture.

Accompanying our tacos was the margarita flight, which was an exceptional choice. The flight included a variety of margaritas, each one distinct in flavor and presentation. It was an excellent way to sample different concoctions and find a new favorite. The balance of flavors and the quality of the ingredients in each margarita were impressive, making the experience both refreshing and enjoyable.

The service at Diablo’s was equally outstanding. The staff, including the bartender, were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu items, offer recommendations, and ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their enthusiasm and knowledge added a personal touch that made our visit even more enjoyable.

In summary, Diablo’s Tacos & Mezcaleria exceeded our expectations with its fantastic food, creative drink options, and exceptional service. If you find yourself in Little Rock, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for an unforgettable dining experience.

The person right when you walk in to get seated was pretty rude, both when we walked in and when we left. The waitress wasnt too bad she just forgot our appetizer until we asked about it. The taste of the food was pretty good, the price is just a bit much for what you get.

Good lunch on the patio, relaxing and great atmosphere. You have to always stop the waiter for refills. Fajitas are $18. The kick in the pants is that you are charged for chips and salsa.

It was way over priced for what I received in portion size, but it all tasted good. The atmosphere was a little harder to measure, however it was pleasant and not hectic. My server/bartender was attentive to my request and noticed I didn’t like ice water, so she had no problem getting me hot. She even explained how to pronounce an item I was interested in while giving me a suggestion on what might fill my taste buds. The next time I visit this location, I’ll make sure I’ll have enough $ in order to have more than just appetizers for a meal.
