This was absolutely delicious. The ribs were perfectly cooked and the sauce of the month was amazing. The wings were big and super juicy and flavorful. The Mango Habanero sauce was amazing and had actual chunks of mango in it, which really set the flavor off. Highly recommend going here. Not the most convenient because I live up on the north side of tucson, but absolutely well worth the trip, and the prices are also great for high quality food. Staff was also helpful and very polite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Hungry after a flight pick up we decided to try this place on a Sunday mid afternoon. I was surprised at how busy it was given the time of day. We ordered a salad, a chicken sandwich combo and some onion rings. Food came out quick and was made to order and fresh. The onion rings were GREAT. We will come back to try the wings!

Only in Tucson for the night and my son saw this place online and wanted to check it out, so we did. We SOOOOOO underestimated the portion sizes and for just the two of us, had way more food than we could eat. He ordered the sampler with regular fries with buffalo sauce instead of sweet potato fries with buffalo sauce and the 6 piece pork belly. I ordered the 1/2 rack ribs with mango habanero sauce and pork belly fries.

It was packed, but not unbearable; people were happy to be there – the good food must keep em coming back, I’m sure. It’s super-bright at midday… if you’re sensitive to that, you have to find a spot mid-to-back.

Tried Flaps and Racks for the first time. Ordered wings and mozzarella sticks. The wings were good and crispy along with the fries on the combo. The mozzarella sticks had a somewhat sweet hint of flavor on the breading, must be due to the fryer used. The wings were normal size, nothing too impressive. Overall, the food was good and pricing was reasonable.

Great atmosphere, service and portions. Sauce 10/10, wings 10/10, ribs 6/10 reason the rib meat was not consistent majority was tuff and fatty but some were fall off the bone tender. Would not deture me from coming back.
