The Espitia’s are out!
Service was great and even in the middle of a snowstorm. Our server was very helpful and patient with questions and requests. The food has improved soo much in the Hillcrest Spartanburg location.

Food was great! Our servers name was Regan she was awesome! She stayed on top of everything made sure our orders were perfect and brought out in a timely manner. She was super friendly and recommended what we should eat and kept conversation going the whole time! Will definitely be back. 10/10 experience

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were greeted at the door by the smiling face of Nickkia, who also became our waitress. Nickkia helped guide us through the menu and told us about the specials. We both decided on one of the 6.00 breakfast specials . The food came to the table quickly and was hot and delicious. Nickkia kept checking on us and did a great job taking care of us. The restaurant was super clean, service was outstanding, great prices and great food. Bravo IHOP, job well done! We look forward to our next visit to this location. AAAA++++

Edit to Reply: Thank you but my review wasn’t an attempt at getting compensated. I’ve honestly shared my experience, if you want to improve upon that for future guests, please do. Otherwise, people deserve to know there’s a risk my experience will be repeated.
$30 plus tip for two coffees, manufactured and warmed over french toast with barely any flavor, “fresh strawberries” which were dyed solid red with red40 syrup which the pancakes were doused with, the eggs were semi decent, the coffee was too strong. Too much wrong with one meal to even bother explaining to the waitress which worked out as she never stopped by until setting down the check. She was extremely attentive and asked way more questions of the 8 person party seated right beside us, though.

It was a pleasant experience, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The wait time is a bit longer here than other places but the food is definitely worth the wait! The prices are also quite reasonable compared to others. Will definitely return!

My family and I came here for dinner before the movies. Everything was good. Food was hot, and the service was fast. We all wanted to try something from the Wonka menu since that was what we were seeing. It was great!

Service was fair. There weren’t hardly any customers when we arrived. We ordered and found out why. Cheese omelette had no cheese on inside of omelette only on top and not warm enough melt the slice. Pancakes were cold. Wouldn’t even melt butter.
Mac and cheese was dry and looked as if it was made the day before. Mashed potatoes were cold. Both meals were really not edible. Management or lack thereof didn’t seem to be bothered by the sub par food.
We will never, ever return to an IHOP ever again.
Asked for at least a discount because the entire meal was terrible after some discussion they comped the whole uneaten meal.
