I ordered from here and was SUPPOSED to get chicken tenders they rung me up for a chicken sandwich. Realized when I got all the way home called them and they didn’t offer to do anything about it when it wasn’t my fault. Spend $16 for just myself to get screwed! Never going back again.

Foot long hotdog didn’t seem cooked very well but I was hungry and didn’t care at the time. We ate outside because we had a dog. It was warm. The service was OK but a little slow on the 2 of the 3 orders we had, granted they were busy. Also had to wait quite a while for someone to let me in the restroom likely cause of being busy as well. The picklerita slush was pretty good.

I’m not sure what happened but normally I order from here, everything’s right. Lately, my meals are wrong, my breakfast burritos are miniature… I’m starting to get worried about the lack of concern here for their customers. By the way, the salsa packet is now as long as the breakfast burrito.

The handful of times I have visited Sonic, it has always been a positive experience. Their menu is diverse, offering something for everyone, but I believe their real standout items are the slushies. Ordered 2 simple meals that are already on the menu, nothing special, 2 orders of the new fries they now serve, 1 slushy and 1 lemon lime shake, that’s it. It took them around 15 to 20 minutes for us to get our food! I’ve worked in fast food and I know it can be hectic and things happen to cause orders to take longer than they should, but it was between 7:30 and 8 at night and it was dead when we was there. We finally get our food and I give the girl a 3 dollar tip and we leave to go home and eat because we just live right down the road. And what do you know!! When we get home and get ready to eat I find that my burger didn’t have anything I asked to be put on it not did it have all of what was supposed to be on it to begin with . So I get my fries out to try them and half of them are so hard I couldn’t eat em and they wasn’t hardly hot at all. Never again will I go back to Sonic. At least not that one. It wouldn’t be so bad but this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with em, so…ya!
