I stumbled across this gem on a Sunday while looking for a place to catch the NFL games, and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere instantly pulls you in warm lighting, festive décor, and TVs everywhere for the perfect game-day experience. The staff made me feel right at home, and the service was spot on from start to finish.

I ordered the shrimp linguine and it was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries were golden and crispy, and the egg rolls were a fun surprise appetizer. The bar upstairs has that classic, friendly vibe where everyone’s laughing, cheering, and enjoying good food together.

If you’re in the city and want a relaxed place with great food, amazing service, and a real community feel, McHale’s is it. Whether you’re here for soccer, NFL Sundays, or just a chill night out you’ll love it here.

Great ambiance, if you are looking for a place to watch a soccer match, this is the place. Multi screen allows you proper follow up on the games.

It’s a great sports bar.

The game I wanted to watch wasn’t on their screens, so they took me to a secluded place and I could watch it in a semi-private vibe, which was amazing.

The staff is very friendly and they are always attentive to any need that you might have.

This been said, the food is OK. Nothing spectacular or amazing, it’s plain an blunt American sports bar food. Nothing else.

I do recommend this place, you will have a great time.

Great place to hang out with friends. The host was extremely lovely and showed us to our table promptly. Service was kind of slow, I’m assuming because it was a busy night. But I loved the fact that we weren’t rushed to eat or drink, so my friends and I had a marvelous time. Our server was so thoughtful that brought a birthday cheesecake for my bestie and I (we were celebrating our birthdays that day). Food was very good; I highly recommend their Shepperd’s Pie. Overall, it was a good experience and we’re definitively planning a future visit.

Food was expensive and honestly not that great . Was hoping for Irish theme food but there was barely any . The food that we ordered was average at best . Service was not great and when they cheque came they charged an automatic 25% tip that we couldn’t change , service was below average . The best I can say about this place is that it has good decoration and theme and that it’s 2 stories so has plenty of space . So good place for beers only

Excited about this new spot in NODA. Irish pub with a southern flair. Great atmosphere and food. We tried the leprechaun balls, Reuben sandwich and the fish sandwich. All fantastic. Love the beer list and cocktail menu and non alc options like the THC cans. Looking forward to food and drink specials and hopefully a menu addition of MASH! Would love to see some version of mashed potatoes.

The last time we were at McHale’s was 20 years ago before the Hell’s Kitchen location closed. We came back to the new location near Times Square because of our last name and we’re not disappointed. Go for the shepherds pie and the Reuben. Skip the mixed drinks stick with a beer very cozy location with excellent service. The most welcomed we felt all over the city and not because we share the name. The decor was beautiful for Christmas and the architecture has been maintained beautifully such a cozy place to enjoy an afternoon. We will be back and hopefully it won’t take us another 20 years to get there. Thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday treat.

Honestly a friend brought me and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a Boozy Hot Chocolate, (Baileys Irish Cream) which was so rich to start. For my appetizer I tired a French Onion Soup; and it was the best I ever had. The soup had more opinions than an onion itself, and it was crusted just right. For my entree I just ordered buffalo wings since I was watching the boxing match, It paired really well! The waitress was phenomenal, and I never had to look for her, that is exceptional service. I would recommend for a casual setting or for sports.

A classic Irish pub, very good for sporting events, they have classic Irish dishes and a varied menu for draft beer, you don’t need a reservation and the service is top notch for a pub
