Food is hot and fresh. Also amazing customer service at drive thru window from Rai- he was all smiles and very quick. Also the girl with red hair (didn’t spot her name tag) was at window as well and very sweet! Love this Arby’s.

This was the worst meal I’ve had. There were no sauces in machines. Meat was tasteless. Fry’s tasted like dirty oil and door wouldn’t close tight so cold inside. Paper all over the floor. Just all around disgusting and will not be back. Would like my $22 back

Food was excellent, they made fresh mozzarella sticks, the employee working the drive thru was very personable, carried on a great conversation and seemed content in speaking with us..the downside was the drive thru was super super tight to get through..but the service and food was great, they made sure I had what I needed..I asked for a 1/2 lb roast beef with no bun and without asking they included a fork(seems like a small thing, but to not have to use my fingers was a plus)..when I am in that area again, I will be going back..

Went through the drive thru and and to ask for the rest of my order 2 times. Once I finally got home and opened the sandwich they were wrong. And they were now closed so I cant even call to address the problems. However I will be going back tomorrow with the wrong item and my over cooked empty cheese sticks. I never ordered a chicken sandwich, but yet thats what I got. We are long time Arby’s customers and today’s experience has made it so we will not be going back ever.

NEVER ordering here again! Ordered online and spent over $60 for them to toss poorly made and poorly wrapped food into a small bag that busted apart the second I picked it up and they didnt even fill the packaging . Bullcrap

I haven’t had Arby’s in a long time… it was just bad… the food was plain and really lacking in flavor… i think I’ll stick with other fast food places the French dip wasn’t good at all and I love French dips :/ my buddy got a burger that just looked sad… I don’t think I’ll be back at Arby’s.
