Sports bar & grill chain famous for chicken wings served by waitresses in short shorts.

What the food lacked, the server made up for by not acting like she was in love with me the entire meal like happens so often at hooters. I don’t remember her name, the service was better than the food. The shrimp was very good and some of it was very mid. I’m intrigued on how they did that. And the french fries wont it, again back to the top tier server she forgot them but I spoke up. If you go to a hooters for the girls, this is the location. If you go to hooters because you want some eye candy to bring you food up to par with the chains other locations skip this one. Maybe y’all should let one of them beautiful ladies try cooking there. I’ll be back since the hooters location I frequented closed down and I’ll be trying more items until I find out what they are the best at.

Terrific buffalo wings, clean restaurant, lively atmosphere without being exceedingly crowded, friendly staff. My waitress for the night, Emma, did a wonderful job making me feel welcome, being attentive throughout the night, and also patiently explaining the different options for the Long Island Iced Teas. After sampling both the standard and top shelf version, I would recommend springing for the top shelf; the difference in quality is noticeable, though the cheaper version is still good. The wings are as advertised— messy and delicious. I can only attest to the buffalo hot flavor, but I’d be interested to try the Three Mile Island Sauce. First experience at this establishment and my expectations were thoroughly exceeded thanks to Emma and the food!

Not sure what people expect. Good bar food, good prices and pretty girls is what always experience when I travel through this area. Excellent well priced lunch specials. Cheaper than fastfood. Not sure that waitress’ need to entertain you other than a smile and hello and some light conversation. Unless you are a high roller. If thats the case I would go somewhere that caters to that.

We were seated and young lady that seated us was not very personable, no your waitress will be with you shortly or anything. Waitresses standing around and waiting other tables but we were not acknowledged at all. Waited 10 minutes and not acknowledged, so husband goes around corner and gets manager, he takes our drink order and our first round of drinks we’re on the house. Perfect ! Our waitress cane and apologized and said she was unaware we were seated and apologized. She was a little airheaded but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Food was great, but got a large funnel fries for dessert to go… get home and funnel fries were burnt and hard, not edible at all. From this experience we will not be returning to this location.

I had an excellent experience thanks to my server, Jazmyne. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Every request was handled with a smile, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Outstanding service that really elevated my visit. Decent place for lunch. Our server, Malory, was helpful and very nice. She wasn’t intrusive or overbearing. She was honest with her suggestions of the food which I really liked. My son ordered spicy garlic wings, Daytona style with curly fries and I ordered the grilled fish (cod) with fries which was the special of the day. The fish was delicious, seasoned well. I tasted one of my son’s wings and was quite impressed. I haven’t been to Hooters in probably over 20 years but I will be back soon.

My sister and I dined at Hooters on Veterans Day and ordered 10-piece all-flat wings — I had the Spicy Thai, and she had the Spicy Garlic. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and served hot within about 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.
However, the service from our server, Emma, was unfortunately lackluster. While she did check in once after our food arrived, there wasn’t much warmth or effort to build rapport throughout our visit. Her demeanor felt rushed and a bit impatient, especially when I was trying to make a menu decision. Toward the end of the meal, it became difficult to get her attention — we asked for a to-go bag that never came, and instead, she dropped off the check and moved on without a proper goodbye.
On a positive note, another server named Tallah deserves a shout-out. When she came by to clear our dirty dishes (which had been sitting for a while), my sister politely asked for the sauces we’d been waiting on. Talia was incredibly kind, saying “oh, it’s no bother!” and got the sauces right away. Her friendly and attentive attitude stood out and made a real difference in how we ended our meal.
Overall, the food was great, but the service could use improvement. Hopefully, management can encourage Emma to work on her rapport and guest attentiveness — and recognize Tallah for her excellent attitude and teamwork.

Jolene, our server, was awesome! She was funny, sweet, and personable. She made our experience wonderful. I usually order BBQ boneless wings but my sister suggested I try the honey thai flavor and it did not disappoint, it was delicious! It’s my new go-to flavor.

For a restaurant that changes their menu more often than I change my underwear they could at least keep their Facebook updated of the specials. I understand the changing margins on chicken wings but ending all you can eat specials will be the death of hooters.

If there were a Nobel Prize for customer service, Kristi at Hooters would be in Stockholm right now giving her acceptance speech. She didn’t just take my order — she curated an experience. My drink never went below 92% full, my boneless wings were so hot they came with their own soundtrack, and she somehow convinced me that celery sticks are an elite side dish.
At one point, I think the lights dimmed and an angel chorus started when she brought out extra napkins without me asking. I’m not saying she runs the place… but if the manager ever retires, they better just hand her the keys, the deep fryer, and a cape.
