I said no peppers and no onions. I got more peppers and onions on this damn sandwich then I got of meat cheese or any other vegetable. Should have just gave the Enployee the sandwich back and tell them to throw it away. Because that’s what we end up doing once we got home. Some people cannot eat certain things so listen to them when they say no on a specific topping. What a waste of money. Next time I’ll save myself the stress and just throw my money in the garbage can. Don’t even waste my time and going into the store.

We walked in and have been standing here for over 5 minutes and not one employee has come to talk to us. There are no other customers in the building. I did see an employee working on online orders, but the other employees just kept doing their own thing as if we weren’t here. It gets 2 stars because I like subway. Service was a 0 out of 10
Changed to 1 star because we’ve been standing for over 15 with one employee saying “we’ll be with you shortly” at 6 minutes and almost 10 minutes later still nothing. Just lame because I just wanted subway and ended up waiting 15 minutes for the employees to completely disregard us.

I hate to complain because I love Subway. The last 4 times my order has been wrong in one way or another. Whether it is toppings missing or like in today’s case, sauce. I thought the girl wiyh the mask wasnt feeling well but its her not my order every time. There used to be an overnight guy who always made it perfect. Makes it hard to want to tip and I feel like I wasted $15+
edit: She gave me sauce packets which is fine if they are out of mayo and mustard however I asked for extra extra vinegar and there is none. I wanted a soggy vinegar sandwich

Me and my daughter love coming to Subway. We have came back multiple times to this West Valley location. Cj has made our sandwiches a few times. They are delicious every time. He lets my daughter order her own sandwich and it makes her feel sOo special. Cj has great customer service skills. And very personable. We will be back for sure!!!

In one word terrifying. I had three people with me (all women) and he made us so uncomfortable. He kept getting mad at us and then making uncomfortable jokes and then adding an unreasonable amount of meat on the sandwich. He got mad at my girlfriend for not wanting sauce and made her feel unsafe. He was training a kid who looked like he was stressed and uncomfortable with the man as well. I didn’t get his name but he has a beard and he’s an older dude with brown hair. I don’t think I’ll ever go to subway again. ): very sad
