Not worth the price not even close. But i bought into all the huplla. Not for this guy. 30.00 for a burger fries and onion rings with a small soad nuts! for fast food!. Shame on me for trying it amd contributing to the hype.
Unfortunately the quality of the ingredients they believe is worth the price only accounted for the nice Hawaiian style bun they use. The rest left a lot to be desired. The ground beef had way to much fat in it which lead to the nice crispy textured but also you could taste it in the flavor profile of the burger. Onion rings were ok but definitely not gourmet
But I guess we can all be entitled to our opinions. We will agree to disagree. I dine out a lot as you can see by the amount of reviews I have . I so wanted it to be amazing and I unfortunately way off the Mark.

Food was fine, this is honestly the slowest shake shack I’ve ever been to. It’s about 35% full, it took 40 minutes to get food. Absolutely ridiculous

We had a great time at Shake Shack! While waiting for our burgers, we played games, which made the experience fun. The veggie burger and regular burger were super flavorful—better than ones I’ve had working at a burger place! The spicy crème fries with ranch were amazing. Loved the ambiance, the vibes, and the friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting!

Stopped by the Shake Shack in downtown Cleveland the morning after a night out, and it hit the spot perfectly! The burgers were deliciously amazing—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We also tried the milkshakes and some of the refreshing drinks, and everything was amazing.
The interior was super clean with a modern vibe, and we loved the fun touches like the shuffleboard and air hockey table—great for killing time while you wait. Service was quick and efficient—you can order at the self-serve tablets or with a staff member, and they’ll bring the food right to your table.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying bite in a fun, casual atmosphere!

We did delivery from Uber eats and we were missing food, my burger was not a patty it was meat clumped together and it was supposed to be well done and it was RAW!!!!! My onion rings were burnt and tasted like old grease disgusting threw the whole order away!

After a ball game I came and got lunch. Got a shack burger and it comes with there amazing sauce. Friend got a plain cheeseburger with pickles. Fries were fresh and crunchy. This was my first shake shack experience. Did not disappoint. I told the employee it was my first time and she was welcomed me joyfully. 10/10 shake shack experience.

The food was pretty good but sort of expensive for the sizes that you get. I also found it to be very greasy, so that is something to take into consideration if you are more sensitive. I tried to Thai Iced Tea Shake and didn’t like it at all, it was too sweet for me so I wouldn’t recommend that. Overall though the service was fine and the wait wasn’t too long.

Shake Shack downtown is good as long as you plan ahead. I recommend ordering in advance because the service is pretty slow. The food itself is great and every burger I’ve tried has been really good. They do tend to forget add ons, which ends up wasting a dollar or two, so keep an eye on your order. The service overall is just okay, nothing bad but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice, and I would recommend this location if you have time to wait and want some quality fast food.
