Round two: per my black Blanche review, food was great yet again. Chicken kabobs didnt disappoint. Mint lemon drink was bomb. Brought my bestie along to share the gem
The whole restaurant is unorganized as hell, and it’s obvious why once you see the manager, Mo. Dude is completely in over his head. Walking around acting like he’s running something when literally nothing is running right. Just talking, no action. No control. No clue. Food was trash. Hummus had no flavor, pita was dry, and my food was lukewarm like it got forgotten and sent out anyway. Overpriced for absolutely no reason. Service was a joke. Staff looked confused and annoyed, like they already knew the night was cooked. Asking questions felt pointless because nobody knew anything. That’s what happens when nobody is actually managing. And honestly, after dealing with this place outside of just eating here, the food being bad makes perfect sense. Same lack of common sense everywhere. Same nonsense. Mo has no business managing a restaurant. This spot is what happens when incompetence meets an ego. Atlanta got way better food than this. Don’t waste your time or money here.
As a First Responder on a quick break, I was just looking for a bite to eat and stumbled across this gem on Google Maps. I originally came in for a gyro—but wow, I got so much more than I expected.
I ended up ordering the chicken shawarma dinner thinking it was just a wrap, but what I received was a full, flavorful platter with tender lamb and beef, seasoned rice, and a crisp, refreshing salad. The portions were so generous, I had enough food for two days. I was honestly shocked—in the best way possible!
The price tag was around $15, which made me pause at first—but let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and made with obvious care.
And then there was Mohammed. His customer service was beyond exceptional. When I expressed concern about the price, he reassured me with confidence—and he wasn’t wrong. The food was delicious. But the moment that truly made my day was when he noticed I couldn’t afford a drink, and without hesitation, he gave me one on the house. That small act of kindness meant the world.
While I waited, he even let me try a dessert (shown in the photo)—something I would’ve never thought to order on my own. And I’m glad he did. It was tasty, light, and surprisingly good—a perfect way to end the meal.
In a world where great food and even greater hospitality are rare, this place delivers both—and then some. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing food, generous portions, and genuine human kindness.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you, Mohammed, for turning my quick stop into a full experience. I’ll definitely be back.
The inside is uncomfortably hot. My plan was to eat inside but the heat made me choose take-out. Also, the cashier explained that they had lunch specials but the lunch specials were significantly smaller than the regular meals. I went with the regular meals.
I went with the Beef and lamb Shwarm. It looks like striped meat over yellow rice. The sauce is amazing. The hummus is good. Plenty of food. The salad was top tier. Natural food tastes great. Not too appealing to look at. Not bad but not photogentic.
However, the service is very poor. They never include basic items like napkins, forks, or spoons, and twice they forgot my drink. When I called to explain the issue and asked them to make sure the drink is included, the staff was disrespectful and irresponsible.
Food: excellent.
Service: very disappointing. I don’t recommend it because of the poor communication and service
