My server Kasey was amazing, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and all the staff were welcoming. The food, however, could have been better. My waffle came out cold, and the hash browns and eggs had no seasoning or flavor. On a positive note, the bacon was delicious and perfectly crispy, just how I like it.

Do not order through the app of any sort for this location. Uber Eats has them listed for 30 minutes of under it took an hour for me to get my food for it not to be prepared the way I expected it because of how the app reads the order talk to the manager who refused to correct the item that is completely and totally messed up because I needed to go back through the app. Get a refund and re-order. I just wanted my food so even as a courtesy he wouldn’t correct this item. They also did not pack any condiments with this order. A stack of pancakes and waffles just dry the Customer Service here is below subpar because it would’ve cost them nothing to make another egg and hashbrowns they would not have to worry about me making this review but he refused so I’ll be contacting corporate regarding this horrible experience all the way around and I was really looking forward to this.

This restaurant have excellent customer service and southern hospitality. Christina was our server. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazingly delicious. It wasn’t crowded. It was very clean and organized. The restroom was clean and fully stocked with soap and tissue/ paper towels. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for comfort food.
