This location consistently messes up orders. I know because I live nearby and my kitchen has been under construction in my rental for over a month. I just came in and I ordered a number for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they made me a jumbo Jack and substituted sourdough.
That’s a sourdough Jack. Why would anyone ask for that substitution?
When I called back to complain I misquoted the number I said a number six but I meant a number four I just can’t remember cuz I don’t have Jack in the box’s menu memorized. And she basically told me I was wrong. That’s when I hung up.
I’ll just be going to Wendy’s instead The baconator is just as good as a bacon ultimate cheeseburger.

Just watched a customer come in and ask for ranch. The front desk lady was rude to her and told her she needed to buy some. The customer said she just made a large order and only received 2. The front desk girl said it was their policy. The customer told her to show the policy then the lady at the front said it’s ok and gave her a bag I’m assuming it had ranch. Word of advice jack in the box, the customer is simple. Don’t complicate things and give people the sauce you’re supposed to give. What a silly scene for the employee to make for such a small request. I would be pissed if they tried to tell me to pay for ranch lol

Extremely upset at the service here. Girls night out for my bestie and I for the first time in years (busy working mom life). We decided on Jack and the box for after and ordered 2 munchie meals with the grilled sracked burger. One burger with no tomatoes and add grilled onions, and the other just add grilled onions.
And a sml classic popcorn chicken. We were asked to pull into a spot to wait. After waiting for way to long we received our to food only to find missing the popcorn chicken and our burgers were totally wrong. The cheese ad the wrong kind and wasn’t even melted, also missing many ingredients. The gal at the window was very nice and explained that the girl cooking gas many complaints for not making things correctly and that she refused to remake our buyers. So I asked for the popcorn chicken (we didnt receive in the first place) and a refund for the just the burgers . We got the the refund for burgers but never got the popcorn chicken.

The manager, she said her name was Athesia was terrible. She has died blonde hair fake eyelashes and was there running the front counter just now at 1:15. I couldn’t understand her when she brought the food out. I had to park even though my food was brought right to me. Was stale, had broken ranch and I order 10 tacos a large fry and a jumbo jack. She only gave two ranch and then the bag also had a broken ranch that made a mess. I was feeding 4 other kids. When we realized how little of ranch they gave I had my oldest son go back in and ask for more ranch. Athesia or the manager said he would need to pay. She clearly was having a bad day. Mind you my son is only 12. I’ve never in my 30+ years of going to fast food have had someone say you needed to purchase ranch. Let alone only give a couple for how much we ordered. We said please thank you and order thoroughly. I worked fast food when I was younger. She was terrible. When I went in and asked why she only gave so little and had a broken one in the bag and why she would need my son to purchase one. She said it was her policy. So I asked her to bring up my order and have it make sense on two ranch for a large order. She then said it doesn’t matter and gave a bag of ranch. I don’t use the word often, but she is wretched. Her look, her personality and her service all were terrible. My family eats out every single day wether it’s lunch or dinner. Won’t eat here for some time. Taco Bell is right next door. Avoid terrible service and avoid this jack in the box.

We waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru with only about 6 cars ahead of us at midnight. The line barely moved, and there was no communication or apology from staff. I understand things get busy or short-staffed, but an hour wait for fast food is excessive. The staff was nice but definitely not the experience you’d expect from Jack in the Box. Hope they get things sorted out for future customers.

Ordered a grilled chicken with no sauce and this is what i got. The bun was so soggy that it wouldn’t even come off the wrapper and it was loaded with sauce. Always check your order i guess… an then some

I want to say this was about the 6th time in a row that a place messed up my order. We pay for what we want and that’s what we should get. I absolutely despise the tacos from jack in the box. I used to like them til I worked there in the past. But on this lovely evening we stopped to grab dinner with our kids at this location. I ordered my usual burger and I also ordered the loaded fries which I was beyond excited about. Of course in the drive through. You’d think with my string of bad luck id check the bag but we drove off too soon and I didnt check it til we were far enough down the road to justify turning back. I open my box thats supposed to have my loaded fries and what do I get? A box of mini freaking tacos!

I went there to have dinner about 5:30pm on Saturday night asked for 4 tacos with extra lettuce and sauce. I did not get the extra lettuce. Not that difficult of a request. Very upsetting.
But the gentleman through the drive-through was pleasant.

I got off of work and decided I wanted to stop in and use the drive thru to order food the young man in the window was a complete jerk didn’t answer me when I was talking to him and instead just stared at handed my food after 10 minutes I told him to have a good night and he glared at me not very cool or fair in that matter if you’re in public service doesn’t matter if you’re mad or annoyed you treat the customer with respect I was nice to him and he was not the same way back to me very inappropriate to top that off he got my order completely wrong
