O k service excellent food great location. Plenty of shopping areas nearby. The kiosk on the table makes everything so much easier to place your appetizers and your desserts. You don’t even have to bother the server at all. Bread sticks were hot, fresh and very well seasoned. Meatballs were just amazing. I had to recommend the meatball appetizer. Who doesn’t love the Andes, mints?

Hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in a long time. I have always liked their food. Made my reservation on line when we got there the greeter didn’t have it. He quickly found seats for us never the less. The waitress took our order right away. We had the Calamari appetizer (tasted a little salty) My wife had the Cajon grilled salmon and I had the Chicken Marsala. The food was great The portions were great as well. Olive Garden has really stepped up there game. The waitress made sure we had what we needed. I feel we got great service. We will definitely be back.

I’m not sure what happened last night. I ordered the soup, salad & breadsticks choosing minestrone for the soup, I follow a vegan diet. The server told me it’s not vegan and checked with her manager reporting to me that it contains something in the stock, is vegetarian friendly but not vegan. Very vague about what this ingredient is, never actually told me. So I just had the most bland tasteless salad with oil & lemon + breadsticks. Today I did more googling, curious about what this ingredient might be. Their minestrone soup is confirmed vegan by PETA. That’s pretty solid evidence for me. I would appreciate more transparency on what this ingredient is in the minestrone soup that makes it unsuitable for vegans.
Other than this debacle with the food, the atmosphere was off- stale & unwelcoming. The server, who yes was new, made some really odd comments.
Probably the last time I visit what was once a beloved restaurant chain with my family.

My eight month pregnant wife and I stopped in on a Saturday a little after 4 PM. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of staff around, so we expected a normal experience. Instead, we sat for almost 20 minutes without a single person approaching our table. No drinks, no greeting, nothing. During that time, two tables right next to us were seated and quickly served, which made it even more frustrating.
We finally got up to leave because my wife was hungry and waiting that long without any acknowledgment just isn’t reasonable. When we mentioned it to the host, the response was “what section were you in,” as if we would know their internal numbering system. It felt dismissive instead of apologetic.
We’ve always liked Olive Garden, but this visit was disappointing. Basic acknowledgment and customer service should not be this hard, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy. This location needs to tighten up communication and make sure guests aren’t ignored.

The food was very delicious, especially the stuffed Ziti Fritta! You definitely get a lot of food for your order. The inside of the restaurant is a bit dark unless you happen to sit by the window. However, the service was great; quick and friendly. I especially like that you can use the table side computer to not only order more food (such as a dessert when you’re ready) but you can also use it to call your server if you need something, and also to pay your bill as soon as you’re ready to go; it even allows you to split the bill right there on the kiosk. I also wish there were more pasta alternatives like spaghetti squash noodles or zucchini noodles as an option for those that can’t eat a lot of wheat or carbs.

We got the Calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini and the chicken tortellini with salad and soup. Everything was hot, fresh, very flavorful. I hadn’t been to olive garden in many many years but it won’t be that long before I go back. Its a new restaurant so its really nice in there and the service was great.
