Review written 12/18/2025. They forgot the side of basil pesto for mobile order. And they only gave 2 packs of butter. And the drive thru employee seemed annoyed that I asked for a cup of ice water. As a paying Sip Club member I did not feel welcome.

Order was made wrong. Multiple items were wrong. Thanks for refunding part of the wrong orders, offering nothing form my time and inconvenience. Its not hard to read the orders and make them correctly. Take your time, might increase accuracy.

I love eating at Panera but not all locations are desirable but this one is pretty good. Always have empty tables, no waiting time, fast friendly service, etc We usually order salads, this time we ordered a sandwich. It was delicious. Be back.

The food is always good at Panera, but I hate that the manager Mari would not allow me to substitute the soup. But the young lady at the cash register politely explained why and resolved it.
I worked with this manager at the Rolling Meadows location and can’t believe how nasty she is after all these years. Hopefully the customers are not seeing this side of her.

Common Panera! How are you going to continue to compete of you let your stores go? From the minute you get out of your car you feel that the site is dirty and run down. The parking lot is not clean, the front door is filthy, the coffee pots are dirty and the staff has the energy of a sloth!

I had such a great experience at Panera thanks to Joel. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome right away. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly right. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing great service and making customers feel valued. Joel went above and beyond by checking in to see if everything was okay with my meal and offering help without me even having to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out and turned a regular stop at Panera into a really positive experience. Employees like Joel make all the difference. His professionalism, kindness, and friendly personality made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope Panera recognizes what a great team member they have in him!

It might be the worst Panera in the area. Service is non existent. Employees seem checked out. Lady ahead of me was given dirty silverware and the guys behind the counter seemed like she was putting them out to ask for clean utensils. Waiting for a simple drink cup is a hassle. Avoid this place

My first time at this location and I ordered the you pick 2 (Asian salad and frontega chicken sandwich) They both were made good and timely. Two recommendations is for Panera to weigh their meat for consistency in portions. The sandwich could have had a little more. I also recommend them stay on top of the cleanliness. Tables were dirty limiting people from sitting down.

This review serves as evidence in case I get sick. Panera Bread on Touhy will be held responsible. I ordered the Fuji apple salad and didn’t notice the bottom half of the salad was rotten until I ate most of the salad toppings. I asked the manger for a refund, but he wanted to argue that half the salad was eaten instead. I tried explaining that I ate the toppings (top half) and didn’t notice the lettuce was rotten until I got to the bottom half. The manger was adamant on shaming and humiliating me for trying to get a refund. The manager even picked up the lettuce, looked at how rotten it was, and still made it seem like I was in the wrong for asking for a refund. I am sharing my review, names, information, and pictures to corporate. There is no way I should have to pay for a rotten salad that will potentially give me food poisoning.
