Dropped in after business meeting for quick takeout using Tacobell app. Ordered 6.99 box with Chalupa Supreme/ Taco/ Chips and cheese sauce/ medium drink . Replaced beef with beans and no sour cream. Drive up lane allows to get order quickly and can modify order if it has to be. Using app allows payment via credit cards which saves time for everyone..

The weekday afternoon staff makes my heart so happy. The food is fresh tasting and well assembled. The serving staff is super kind and friendly. Honestly, It’s amazing how wonderful my drive thru experience is time after time. Kudos JC Taco Bell! Thank you for everything you do to make your establishment so highly recommended!

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. I had ordered rice and beans with my meal, but unfortunately, they were not included in my order. When I mentioned it to the employee at the counter, the issue was never corrected and I left without receiving what I had paid for.
I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but what was most frustrating was that there was no effort to fix the situation. Good customer service goes a long way, and something as simple as acknowledging the mistake and providing the missing items would have made the experience much better.
It left me with the impression that attention to detail and customer care are not being prioritized at this location. I hope management takes steps to ensure that orders are double-checked and that employees are trained to handle these situations more effectively in the future.

I get food from here 2-3 times a week because I work next door. Mike at the counter is super friendly and always calls me by name. Nice being greeted by friendly counterhelp unlike some of other food chains in the area.

Decent food for a reasonable price. The quality really depends on the day. Sometimes my order is correct and the food is made well. Other times, it is wrong and it looks like a toddler made it. Many of the employees are quite pleasant and it is usually relatively clean with seating available for my family of 3. Overall, I enjoy going, and I will continue to every so often.

Ever since my dad brought some chicken soft shell supreme tacos back for dinner, I’ve been addicted to them but they never taste as good as that time. Chasing the dragon I guess …. but tonight the one I had was like a 9.9/10! And! I screwed up on my order bc I forgot to say I wanted a soft shell and they remade it for me without making me feel bad about my mistake. Excellent service right as soon as I walked in, clean restaurant at 1045 at night which is impressive considering it’s a Taco Bell. And the drive thru lane is god awful here bc it’s too compact and if you go in, you can’t exit if you change your mind or something. Only reason I gave it a 4 outta 5 on atmosphere is bc there is only one driving entrance and the 1 lane drive thru. Actually idk if this is for Taco Bell in general or the one I went to, but this is for the Johnson City, NY Taco Bell across from mall.

Got my order wrong and I asked for extra cheese and this is what I got. Lady in the drive through spoke way to fast for me to comprehend what she was saying I just paid and left. My girlfriend made me write this review. I personally hate Taco Bell and this experience made me never wanna get Taco Bell again. Luckily we have our own cheese at home.
