I won’t be visiting this location again.
Last week no one spoke to me at the speaker after a good while so I drove up and ordered at the window. There was no line or customers but I waited well over 15 minutes for my order before I ended up leaving and calling them to let them know I would be coming back for it since I was running late due to the wait. They also forgot to give me my change. Then today I ordered a son of a baconator and they gave me a burger with onion & no bacon.

Staff seemed nice. Service is a bit slow pretty much every time you come here. Dine in or drive through. Last time ordering the bun was extremely greasy, soggy and gross. But usually the food is fine.

I went through drive thru to place my order. They took payment and handed me my food. At this time, I noticed the cashier’s nails. They were CAKED with dirt under the nails. Not a tiny bit, it was ALOT of dirt under every nail. I thought hygiene was of importance, apparently not so much. Honestly I just tossed my food. To make matters worst, come to find out that is the manager! If the manager doesn’t care about hygiene, how do you expect employees to. If you are willing to work at a drive-through window with that appearance, can you imagine how the employees who are not seen by the public possibly look? Disgusting!! Poor representation of the company.

This is always a hit or miss whenever I go. It was a miss a couple of days ago. I was there for 9 mins (7 of which were waiting) and I was thinking it was because things were being made fresh. I get THESE cold, stale, unappealing fries. Why would you look at these, scrape these up, and then serve them to (anybody for that matter, but-) a paying customer?

I will say in the sea of “misses” when it comes to the food, the staff is usually always pleasant.

I will be putting this place on ice for a while.

I just waited 24 minutes for a mobile order. Guess what? Turns out the people were just never going to tell me that they weren’t bringing the food over to the place clearly marked as being where one picks up mobile orders. And they all saw me standing there. Ridiculous.
On top of that, several little things wrong with the order. Unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Smallest piece of lettuce ever on the burgers instead of the “extra lettuce” I paid for for each. Wrong combo on which burgers had ketchup and which had lettuce/mayo. Just ridiculous overall. Shall go to Brawley School Rd. Next time.

Went to the drive through and sat for about 15 mins at the ordering kiosk without anyone saying anything. Then my husband says “hello?” And we are told they would be with us in a few moments. Another 15 and we decided to leave, as we drove by, the drive through lady flipped us off with our kids in the car! Absolutely ridiculous.

We were treated when we came in and it was a plus. The up-keeonis horrible. Dirty greasy floors, dirty soda machine, employees uniforms were dirty and sloppy. If I was that franchise manager for that location it would be unacceptable. I believe why you mostly see folks order out instead of dinning in. I know they can do better. If you present your self like you don’t care it will never be a positive work output.

Came in to grab dinner around 9:00pm stood at counter with a line behind us and in front of us. They let us stand there over 20 minutes, looking over at us every so often and not once did anyone approach the counter to take orders. They just let us all stand there as they went about their business taking and filling only drive thru orders. After standing there 20+ minutes we all just slowly started leaving until the whole line left. Nonexistent Customer Service is about the worst service you can get.
