When you dine in person, do you like to wait longer than a Raven’s fan waiting for a Super Bowl run? When you order pickup do you appreciate having to wait hours for your food? When you door dash do you enjoy your dasher texting you that they had to make the restaurant acknowledge your order after waiting an hour for it to be prepared? Do you enjoy paying extra for sauces you never receive? Does the thought of chicken thrown on a wrap with absolutely nothing else (pictured) make your mouth water? Then this bdubs still isn’t for you. I have given this location so many chances and have never once had a good experience. Avoid it at all costs.

Came into buffalo wild wings a few days to dine in with my family in the evening time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the kids meal and the manager Jasmine had no issues taking care of the issue and getting a new meal right out. She talked to us and continued to check on us to make sure we were still satisfied throughout our visit. It’s been a while since being at this location due to last time not having such a great experience. We will be returning soon!

Came to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner with my boyfriend, and I just want to say that the customer service was unbelievable. We were greeted by our awesome server, Krystal, and she was fast to deliver menus and take drink orders. She made sure our drinks were never empty, and checked in on us frequently during the meal. So refreshing to have such a lovely server. Those who have had bad experiences here clearly never had her as a server! 🙂

Was in the mood for some wings and decided to come here as it’s been a while since I’ve been to a BWW. Came in and sat down and it didn’t take long for the waitress to come by and take our order. The food came out shortly after which was amazingly fast. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask and we were checked on periodically.
Ordered the hot and buffalo dry rub wings and regular cheeseburger. The dry rub wings were nice and crispy but the wet wings meat were half slightly dry. The hot was surprisingly hot and the buffalo was a little hot but good. The cheeseburger was a bit greasy bit tasted so good. Definitely goes well with a beer.
Not many games on that night so old games were playing but there are so many tvs in here game day would be great.
I would come back again.

Okay folks… I was visiting the California, MD, area for work and had an expiring birthday offer for free wings, so I figured I’d visit this Buffalo Wild Wings to redeem it..
In all honesty, my expectations weren’t very high as today’s BWW isn’t quite the same as the BW3 (Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck) I grew up on in the late 80s, but I digress..
Prior to ordering, I lamented that my favorite sauce, Hot BBQ, had been taken off the menu some time ago and that I would likely order my wings tossed in Medium or Hot .. To my surprise, my bartender, Lakeshia, informed me that this location had Hot BBQ available.. What?!?
Anywho, I enjoyed a small order of Wings tossed in Hot BBQ with a side of celery and ranch and I’ll just say this… That first bite propelled me back to the late 80s, when BW3 was relatively new, I had few adult responsibilities, and I spent a great deal of my free time hanging out with friends over wings and beer at our favorite BW3 locations!!
It didn’t hurt that I visited during Happy Hour and was able to take advantage of discounted margaritas, too!!!
All in all, this was likely my very favorite BWW visit in probably a decade!! Lakeshia provided outstanding service, executed the margaritas with precision, and by letting me know Hot BBQ was available, made my day!!
10 out of 10 recommend this BWW and I will take what I learned here back home to central Oklahoma to see if our local stores have this sauce back on the shelves for long-time customers like me to enjoy!!

This is the first bdubs I’ve been around that has been consistently bad food wise (since I moved to the area two years ago) I love the brand (I frequent other locations traveling for work) I love the menu, but man. There’s no love coming from that kitchen. Or from anyone else really.

We have gone to this location twice but have been to many locations throughout MD and other states. This probably is the slowest restaurant staff. Though they are nice the last time we were there the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) answered a question incorrectly about a beer that we were interested in and then walked away without asking us if we wanted something else. The server working in that area took our drink order and had to keep telling him to help us. He just kept walking past us with no acknowledgment. There was only maybe 10 customers in the entire restaurant and we were the only people at the bar for at least 30mins. We will be going to a different location from now on.

I placed a mobile order, it said it would be ready at 4:40. I arrived at 4:45 and it was not ready yet, no big deal. So I stood there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or helped me. When someone finally did she said she’d check on my order, she never came back to tell me anything about it. I waited another 15 minutes before someone finally came out with my food. I was missing food as was the other person who was also picking up food. A couple minutes later they brought out my missing food so I finally left. When I got home and sat down to eat everything was cold. I don’t mind having to wait for my food but to have to wait 30 minutes for it and then it not even be hot or even warm is ridiculous. Do better guys.

Went in and waited around for someone to great or seat us. Nobody said anything and we saw 2 employees cleaning.
Wasn’t many people eating but sadly after that 15 mins, we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse down the street. (Great decision by the way)

Came here with work group on Sunday. Drink refills took an hour. Food took hour and half. Called to complain to corporate number while there and did not receive a call back. Server had no help from managers whom did not come out of back. Tables in entire store left with trash from day. Unacceptable at every level. Don’t bring business here.
