This has to be the slowest McDonald’s to ever exist. I have been waiting for 25 minutes. Did I come to a gourmet restaurant without knowing it? In all seriousness the manager needs to do something about this. Plan better. Make food earlier. Something.

Everyone is standing around doing nothing and the entire restaurant is a mess, not a single table or chair that is clean. Crumbs, debris and sticky substances all over everything.

The drive-thru order taker had 0 personality and 0 customer service skills. The gentleman at the second drive-thru window was great! As usual, the food is good, and the deals on the McDonald’s app keep me coming back!

Didn’t like how the employees was they were very rude. But the food was fresh. My kids and grandkids want McDonald’s and also didn’t have certain food we was trying to get the kiddos. I will try a different McDonald’s if my kids want McDonald’s again when we visit back from out of town and what’s funny my boys don’t get take-out like that.

Very long lines and Rude workers. How can a place have teenagers that’s are already trained to be nasty and rude. I waited in the line for 10 minutes, paid and finally when it was time to get the food they made me wait at the drive thru window for 3 minutes then asked me to pull around only to provide cold food. Save your money and sanity by simply going to another location.

I got the $5 meal deal. A double cheeseburger and nuggets. My cheeseburger was definitely just thrown together! My nuggets; I should have took a pic! 1 was extremely bad! Looked like it was cooked 7 times before giving it to me!!!!! Drive thru was ridiculous! Waited over 10mins in 1 line just to get there for someone to ask me if I was using my app? Said no, and no one was there to take my order! Told me to wait! I did, over 3 mins. While they took the car next to me! Than at window; gentleman had NO clue what I ordered!!! From the other person!

Had a door dash order to pick up. I had to wait for the order to be completed about 5-10 minutes. I know it doesn’t sound like a lot but when you have 3 more orders in the car now it’s 4 late orders vs 1.

I got food poisoning and the lettuce was icky. Also half the employees weren’t in uniform and the only ones wearing gloves were those working the line. Nobody had hairnets too and they were on their phones most of the time.

Can be lunch rush, but employees are standing around hooting and hollering and visiting with former employees or people who just come in for free food. The place is a mess with garbage and food all over the floors. Try to order ahead on the app and still waiting 10 minutes for a regular value meal. This could be attributed to the shade tree the employees use to smoke blunts on their break but just a hunch. Just keeps getting worse with each visit and will probably be my last.
