The worst service. To the guy working the window at 12:14 do better no beed for the bad attitude. Maybe if you did tour job you’ll follow wants on the screen. I had an online order he told me to come back in 10 minutes when it was already a long line.:and they didn’t add jalapeño in my tacos when I paid extra. TERRIBLE

I did an online order and arrived when I should have. The lobby was very busy with several people waiting for their food. My phone app told me my order was ready; however, I had to ask an employee where my order was 10 minutes after my app notified me that it was ready. I ordered at 6:15 pm. My app stated my order was ready at 6:37 pm. I actually received my order at 7:00 pm. The onion rings were cold. The sandwiches were hot!! I knew they forgot about my order when someone who came in after me ordered at the kiosk and received his food at least 10 minutes before I received mine.

This was my first time visiting this location. I usually order at Maywood, but I saw this location on my way home so I decided to order here online. I saw this location is 24hrs and the dining room closes at 10pm. I tried to go in at 9:58PM to pick up my food but the doors were already closed. It sucks because I had passed the drive thru, so parked to the stores next door. I had to enter the gasoline station just to pick up the food. The person in drive-thru was nice though! I think what I’m somewhat upset is I always order Jack’s coffees and ordered two coffees (L/M) and the large one was watered down and wasn’t even filled to the top. The medium was good though, but they should’ve both been good though because I ordered both of them at the same time and same order, so it shouldn’t have been watered down. I had to throw it away .

Bought a#12 meal early morning of 7/22/23 and when I got home, I noticed some funky taste on my sandwich. I checked on my sandwich and found some molds on the bottom of the buns. I tried to call the store to warm them to check their buns but nobody picked and the voice mail was not set up. Called back the following day and the same thing happened .

Last time I ate at a Jack in the Box Was in Chicago in 1975. My favorite Was the super taco. I live in chicago and the closest is in indianapolis. I recently visited california and Was looking forward to trying the super Taco which is Now called the monster Taco. On my first day in LA my husband wanted to try Jack in the Box but I was too tired. I wanted to enjoy it and not be rushed. Had a lot to see and do so I left this experience till last. I have to say I was very disappointed. It tasted horrible. The Taco had a very crispy burnt over fried shell and tasted like cheap Taco sauce only. Just took one bite only. My childhood memory is a little crushed but hey….who doesn’t miss the 70’s

I decided to stop by before heading home. The wait was longer than usual, so I assumed it was short staffed. Wait time was about 25 minutes. I ordered a double bacon sourdough jack combo and was given a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Not the first time my order was wrong here.

The staff overall seemed pretty on top of their stuff but I will say that violet has great customer service! She noticed that I needed a different straw while she was already running out another order and I was getting ready to head out. Sometimes the small details make the best customer service experiences! I don’t see many people who care to help just because they can. She could have just as easily decided it wasn’t her problem and that she didn’t have time for it at that point but she took her time to ask if I’d like a better one.
