THIS is where I go when I want Mexican food that you can taste! I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet… Well, burritos: amazing, tamales: perfect, Agua fresca: your eyes will roll back in your head. I will drive across town just to stock up on tamales! Made fresh, and huge, freeze well (steam for 20-25 minutes to reheat, in husk). The staff are always so friendly and everything this fresh. Picture shows 2 chicken tamales (frozen)

I figured I’d try the double steak burrito wet because it sounded delicious. Too me it just had no flavor at all. The street tacos were way tastier and I would probably reorder. Texture wise I couldn’t tell the difference between the beans the asada and the guacamole. Being as I love spicy food I thought I would enjoy the chipotle cheese and I absolutely did not enjoy it at all. The burritos wet sauce was delicious and the burrito was of decent size I just wasn’t happy with the insides of it. The taco asada to me tasted way better and the habanero salsa was not hot but held pretty decent flavor. I don’t know what the red sauce was made out of but that was good as well.

Had an amazing time with our family at Mami’s mexican grill. The gentlemen working was very kind and genuine. The food was amazing my husband and I split a a jalapeño crunch burrito and a fajita burrito they were both delicious. Our kids had bean and cheese burrito and there was actually cheese on the burrito which was also delicious. We also were treated to an amazing dessert there churro’s and my oh my they were so good!!! The strawberry ones were my favorite but they were all amazing. Our family will definitely be back!!

Food is great and freshly made. The staff is friendly, just slow… My wife and I had lunch there recently and it took a lot longer than it should have for our 2 burritos to come out. We also ordered chips and salsa while waiting and they didn’t bring it to us until after receiving the burritos. We had to eat fast because my wife was on the clock. But again, if you don’t have stuff going on or you aren’t in a hurry I recommend.

My wife picked up a half dozen tamales yesterday and they were Awesome. Not just masa like what we get here in roseburg. Going to make this a must stop when in town. P.s. they did a tamales bar for my retirement lunch 7 years ago I’m glad the quality is as good or better than then.

Dropped in from out of town and had great service and food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us 2 free drinks and desserts just because. We had the green burrito and is was loaded up. Delicious. We’ll definitely come back.

I ordered online & our dinner was to be ready in 20 minutes. My husband went to pick up our order & it was not ready. He was told they were finishing the order. After 20 minutes of waiting he went up & asked about the order & was told our ordered had not been started!!! He had to wait while they made the order. He said it was very disorganized & clearly they staff do not have a method for processing inline orders. This was our 2nd time ordering from your restaurant & I had a similar experience not that long ago. I wondered where the manager was ?? While the food is good the service is the worst we have experienced in Eugene. I feel that while I rarely do I will need to post a review on social media about the extremely poor service & disorganization of how the restaurant is run. It may benefit you to spend some time onsite & make some changes to staff before you lose more customers. Perhaps a manager with experience to train staff to work efficiently.

Stopped in at Mami’s Mexican Grill on W 11th with Laura and Hunter for the Mami’s Nachos with carne asada. The grilled steak was tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned, pairing beautifully with the creamy guacamole and tangy sour cream. Hunter bet me $500 he could finish the plate—he didn’t come close! I also tried the guava Mexican cola (tropical, sweet, and fizzy) while Laura had the pineapple—both were delicious. Friendly service here every time. Highly recommend!

Usually I love it here, been a customer since it opened! Lately the quality has gone down so much, more and more. Today I got it again cause im a sucker for the tamales and both my tamales this time had inedible objects in them. And they were different kinds so from different batches

All in all it was mediocre. The beans and rice were very authentic but they were served warm. The soft tacos really didn’t have much on them, meat and cabbage. I had had the pork tamales. They were large and the meat was tender but was lacking in spice. The plates were spendy for what you get. When they brought the food it came with an apology. They explained, they were out of silverware but they did have a plastic fork. Drinks are included with the meal. All in all, if we revisit this place I will revise my review based on the next meal, if we come back.
