Nice Person
Beware! I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely rude and used offensive language directly toward me, even saying the F-word. She acted in a way that made it look like she wanted to spit in my face, which was shocking and unprofessional for someone in a McDonald’s uniform.
It’s surprising that corporate has not taken action, especially since a quick look at previous reviews shows this is not the first time this behavior has been mentioned. I will definitely be reporting this incident to McDonald’s corporate because this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I hope management addresses this immediately so future customers can have a respectful and professional experience.

Got stuck in the drive through line for almost 45 minutes trying to pickup an online order of fries and a drink. Somehow had to wait an additional 5 minutes when we finally made it to the window for our simple order. Less than ideal experience.
Side note: If McDonald’s actually cared about feedback they would respond to reviews individually. If you look at each negative review, they give a link to submit feedback online through their website. I don’t expect any differences here…

Driveway was packed all the way to the street so I went inside. About 10 patrons waiting. Several orders, including my own, were done but sitting out for over 15 minutes. Requests from us waiting were ignored. No leadership in the kitchen whatsoever to manage basic order flow.
Cold, overpriced and slow.

Ordered a quick snack on the app. At 10:30 pm, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the order speaker, they didn’t have my order even though it was on my phone and it was the correct location. No alternatives were offered. Just that I’d have to go online to get my money back. When I got to the window, the manager found my order. No apologies. Worst service I’ve ever received.

I stopped by McDonald’s late at night to grab an ice cream cone. We ordered through the app, and when we got to the drive-thru, the lady on the intercom seemed like she was in a really bad mood. We heard her yelling at the customer in front of us, and when it was our turn, we gave her our mobile order codes and asked a quick question about the menu. She yelled, “I can’t hear you!” and told us to just move up the drive-thru.
The ice cream itself was good, like always, and I’m glad the machine was actually working (which is a plus!). But the attitude just left a sour note to end the night. Hopefully, it was just a rough shift and not the usual experience here.

Well, the medium fries were good and about as large as large fries but cheaper. One out of two fountain drink machine was functioning. No ice. Thankfully the sodas were cold enough. The men’s restroom were out of order. And the female restroom had no more Toilet Paper or handsoap. Not sure how the staff wash their hands before going back to work For a busy McDonald’s, the owner has its hands full.
