Today’s visit was absolutely horrible.
The girl there was totally rude. Told me to order myself on the kiosk. I told her i don’t see so good and off she walks.
Food took forever. Same girl basically said they’re busy and DT has priority. Pshaaaaa !!!
This place is usually a joke. Sometimes you get lucky with no issue. Sometimes….
Taco Bell is as Mexican as I get. Guess I need to order in DT then go inside to eat if I want to eat in
There is a drive thru and good size parking lot with handicap spaces.
The parking lot and store are usually clean – we go here often.
Ordering, like so make places, is self service. I may know what I want, but doing it myself takes so much longer. I may get what I intend, I may not ( I don’t always see these menus so good….).
Service ??? Almost nonexistent. The only interaction is when they call your name to pick up your order.
You may our may not get your drink cups – then out take a minute to flag someone down.
The food is usually good and the correct order. Sometimes they do be a bit stingy on the tomatoes….
The sauce station is always full and clean.
Good selection of fountain drinks.
Good place for a quick bite to eat.

Ordered 5 crunchy tacos. This were lettuce tacos. Hardly any meat or cheese. The 2nd pic is the meat level. I usually don’t complain at the establishment. But I will sting them with a bad review. The wife had order something else just get enough to eat. $1 drinks from 2 to 5 everyday.

12-19-19 dinner. I am rating this Taco Bell not based upon the taste of the food but everything else because I never really cared for the taste of Taco Bell in general. With that being said the location appeared to be very clean and modern. There were nice light music playing with News on one television and Sports on the other. Good choices pending on what you prefer to watch. Everyone behind the counter that I spoke with was very polite and sociable. I was pleased with my overall visit at this location and I would return. Good job staff..

I enjoyed going to Taco Bell but things have changed. Now you can only order on the app. I prefer to speak to a cashier person. Play up taking an option away from me, so I will not be going back anytime soon.

In today’s episode of Pines Road horrible food service. #Tacobell decided to serve this through the drive thru window. You can’t see it but it mysteriously has lettuce on it. Either it originally belonged to someone else. Or it was dropped and still sold. The fax machine answers and I am back at work. Sad that a person has to drive somewhere else to get quality food/ service. It doesn’t even matter if new restaurants open if the same caliber of workers are in the restaurants.

My grandson and I were at the drive through window placing an order. We were told we couldn’t place the order and we would have to order online. Is there somewhere that lets us know what has to be ordered online and what can be ordered at the window? We drove to another Taco Bell. We were told that we could place the order but it would be messy to add the item. So, I’m wondering if adding the item online would make it less messy.

The food was great and hot. Waited a longer for my food than I would of like to, but they were kinda short staffed because the owners or upper management was there and had a few workers dealing with other things. Not faulting them for the wait because my Order was exactly right and was hot and fresh. The worker was a very friendly man, took the time whe cleaning the lobby to interact with a mother and her 2 kids while doing his job all at the same time. He spoke to me as well and even made it a point to tell guest bye and to have a great day as they were leaving. I didn’t get his name but he was very busy at the time of my ordering and continued to he busy the whole time I was there.

The restuarant is clean & customer service is pretty good. They usually get your food right, I have only had one incident where my order was wrong. Sometimes you can tell some food items have been sitting there and are not fresh. I ordered cinnamon sticks on 6-21-19, they had very little cinnamon/sugar on them & they had pieces that were very hard like plastic. But out of 8 years of occasionally dining here, this is a rare bad experience.

I ordered off Taco Bell app. All of my food was cold and I was missing my drinks. When I called to request a refund I was told to calm down and that they were closed call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and they advised no that I should’ve received my refund from my merchant. I wasted $40 DON’T BE LIKE ME , DON’T COME TO TACO BELL the food isn’t even good to begin with .

Don’t go here!! Went thru the drive thru and when we got the order home and it was nothing we had ordered. We got 3 of whatever these tiny things are (see pic) and some other unknown item. They weren’t busy at all so I have no clue how this happened. Now I know why they weren’t busy. Should have read the ratings 1st. Terrible experience and food!! Run away from here.
