Phố Cửu Long Restaurant translates to Nine Dragons Phố Restaurant. We are a small family owned restaurant in Old St. Vital. Our family has many years of experience in food and hospitality. The name “Nine Dragons” was inspired by Sông Cửu Long which is what Vietnamese people in the South call the Mekong River Delta. Sông Cửu Long has 9 “mouths” or gates that empty into the South China Sea and was significant to Vietnamese immigration. This river also represents and supports the food and culture in many parts of Southern Vietnam. We want to share our culture by serving some of it’s delicious authentic cuisine. We hope to entice you with good food and good vibes.

I rarely add reviews but I gotta say, the food was great and the porc bahn mi was very flavorful. I also tried their bun bo hue and their fried rice. Both were great and they gave me fortune cookies and fruits for free, it warmed my heart. Thank you so much, a new fav spot ❤️☺️

This is the cleanest Vietnamese restaurant in Winnipeg I have ever been. We ordered Pho Beef, seafood pho, sweet and sour soup, and a chicken soup udon. The scent of pho comes right to you when it is placed. Great!

Love coming here, have come here over 10 times in the past year. We love bringing our friends and family and everyone always loves it! The portions are huge and at a great price! We come atleast once a month! It’s pretty large inside, have never had issues with getting a table. Service is always quick and friendly! Take out has always been great too, and they always give a little baggie of fruit!

Me and wife decided to have a really good pho for dinner one night and we searched a good pho near us at the time and Pho Cuu Long was the top restaurant.
Our server was great even though it was just her working at the time and they were busy but she acknowledge us right away!
That is what I appreciate with today’s customer service. Even though you are busy, recognize your customer that you will help them right away once you get a chance.
And of course, THEIR FOOD IS LOVELY! 10/10 would recommend!

Tried this place for the first time with a friend. I had the Deluxe Vermicelli Bowl and it was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding and the food came quick, even though the place was packed. I will definitely be back as there is much more I’d love to try.

I had the Deluxe Banh Hoi and substituted the shrimp for more chicken and peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. No problem with substituting.
The food was exceptional and so delicious.
Large generous portions of chicken pork and beef. And lots of veggies and noodles. So good. I will definitely come back and bring more friends and family. Reasonably priced. Clean and super cute. Very friendly staff. Love this place. My new fave restaurant.

Exceptional service! Good was pretty good, place was super busy. They had a lot of options! I really enjoyed their hot and sour soup surprisingly cause I normally don’t like sour dishes! I will certainly go back and try different dishes! Food is better sitting in than take away !

Love this place. Great service and big portions of delicious food. Very accommodating staff made small alterations to some dishes fory wife. Nice and clean and the food comes out quickly. Good parking out front or along side streets. Would recommend!
