Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The tea wasn’t brewed properly, the fries were very soggy and tasted like old oil, but that’s not the worst of it.
My wife was in the restroom and witnessed one of the managers/leadership/someone with a different colored shirt (older lady with a blue shirt with stripes) than the regular orange shirts tear up the restroom and proceeded to quickly wash her hands for less than 2 seconds only using water and went back to preparing food. If that’s not disgusting, then I don’t know what is.

I come to this Whataburger quite often and never have issues, but I went today and the staff looked pretty new or at least I didn’t recognize anyone. I ordered a chicken sandwich and not sure why the cook thought it was a good idea to cover the burger in sauce, soggy and gross, thanks. No ketchup in the bag either to top it off.

The young girl at drive through was completely rude! Wouldn’t let me talk and kept asking anything else in a rude tone I won’t be back. Manger didn’t seem bothered and said idk I just got here. Cashier name on receipt was Bethzy L Busy or not . No customer service at all!

We really like coming here to eat, especially when Aaron works. He’s so friendly and kind. He makes sure that our food is made to our order. A lot of your staff is not friendly, they don’t smile. Aaron goes above and beyond his job. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Would have been good if it was warm and the chicken tender but it was cold, dry hard chicken and I felt like it had been sitting someplace for a while before I got it. A $10 sandwich should be better quality.

Y’all have the most sour female cashiers working there. I’ve been served by three different ones and its all the same. It’s like they want to tell you to go through the drive-thru because it’s inconvenient for them that you order inside.

Wow, slow service. I stood in line for well more than 5 mins with no one at the cash register. Several patrons in front of me were all upset they had waited for more than 20 mins for their food. All the orders In front of me were missing food or times. I ordered a salad so it could be an easy order.
