I’ve never had any issues here since coming back to Grand Forks two years ago. Service is always good, food is almost always fresh, and orders are very rarely wrong. I don’t really think a McDonald’s can do any better than that.

I just wanted a hot chocolate. So I had to go to the kiosk, find the right spot on the menu, press all the buttons and go and wait for my hot chocolate. I miss the customer- employee interaction. It was very sterile. But the bathrooms were clean.

This restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, my last two orders were burnt. The eggs had had a greenish texture. Costs have gone up and quality has gone down.

20 minutes thru the drive thru should be a clear sign to management that something is wrong. Never get food from the window, they always pull you around to hide how bad their numbers are.

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Watched everyone get there food before us who came later. Mind you all we ordered was a happy meal. Eventually had to go in to get the food after waiting 15 minutes and still forgot our fries. Steer clear of this location.

3pm on a Sunday, not busy enough to justify a 15 minute wait for food seating inside. Watched multiple cars from drive through get served. Is this supposed to be a “fast food” restaurant?

The drive thru line is ridiculous. I ordered one meal deal and was told to pull up even though no one is behind me. I asked if I could wait and the manager told the worker at the window that I had to go to keep the time at the window down. That is 100% cheating the system, hurts me as the customer because I have to wait longer, and makes the team members have to walk out to cars unnecessarily. They really need to get their times together and fix that rather than making me wait longer around the building.
