I am from Boston and only out here to help my sister through the blizzard. I stopped at this location to get a $7 Supreme Box for my autistic son whose very particular about what he eats. I placed the order and in Boston they ask if you want the cinnamon twists or nacho chips and cheese but this location did not. I went through the drive thru and made sure to mention it to the person. Upon receiving my order I asked for extra sour cream which was my own fault because I should’ve said it but they gave me the cinnamon twists instead of the nacho chips. They asked me to go through the drive thru again to pay $.97 for the extra sour cream and I did. Once I place my order the extra sour cream I mentioned the cinnamon twists again. I get to the window and pay my $.97 but I’m asked to go inside for the nacho chips. I do because I’ll do anything to get my son’s correct but they took the cinnamon twists I already paid for and charged extra for chips and cheese. It’s usually an easy substitute in Boston. If the cinnamon twists are already included in the order why take it? I understand paying extra for more food but if I already paid for something why take it? I only complain about this because I feed the less fortunate in my area and that could’ve been a dessert or meal for one of the individuals but instead it was trashed.

The employees at this location are wonderful! They’re always friendly and efficient. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the drive thru deserves a raise! Maybe I’m just blessed by the Taco Bell gods (I think it’s just good employees), but I get consistently good service and I’ve never had an incorrect order from this location (I’m only ever there at lunch time). The food is always fresh and delicious. The inside looks a little sparse. It’s definitely clean, but has kind of an empty feeling, that’s why the 4 stars on atmosphere.

I am officially done with this Taco Bell.
This location has repeatedly proven that it does not care about accuracy, basic customer service, or even informing customers when there’s a problem with their order.
First incident: my order was intentionally not filled because they were “out of something,” yet instead of telling me, they just handed me an incomplete order. When I asked about it, an employee literally walked away and ignored me. No explanation. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Upper management showed zero interest in addressing the situation.
Second incident (today): once again, the order was wrong — and not in a minor way. The burritos were made without sauce, leaving them dry, falling apart, and barely edible. That’s not a preference issue — that’s the food being prepared incorrectly. No heads-up. No effort to make it right.
At this point, this isn’t a fluke. It’s a pattern:
• Orders not filled properly
• Employees refusing to communicate
• Management that doesn’t care
• Food quality that’s sloppy and careless
Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does have to be honest and halfway competent. This location is neither.
There are plenty of Taco Bells that manage to do the bare minimum. This one somehow can’t — and doesn’t seem interested in trying.
Spend your money elsewhere.

The employees are great, the food is always solid as far as Taco Bell’s go, but they never have enough people on staff. Owners need to step up and actually hire more people. Waiting 30+ minutes for food is not the fault of the workers, but management/ownership. Embarrassing

I’m a big fan of Taco Bell locations on Douglas Ave Providence and Mineral Springs North Providence. Tasty affordability, great service inside and at the drive thru. Totally positive vibes with music never being too loud. This location has always provided me a top notch customer experience and they keep it clean. I want to thank all of you whom kept this and other locations during the pandemic…you rock, I appreciate you!

I’m baffled at the fact that asking for hot food cause me to get verbally abused by this horrifying manger/representation of Taco Bell. This Girl is a liability and her erratic behavior was extremely unacceptable (not the Asian lady) I paid 32 dollars and waited 10 minutes in line to get my food I pulled over and park after a long day of work was looking forward to enjoy some taco bell and my food was cold. I have more then 15 years of experience in management and food safety,so I went back to get my food remake and they asked for the food back at the window? I informed them the taking food back was and is cross-contamination, I ask to speak to the manager that’s when this extremely rude brown skin girl telling me that she knows the food was hot cause “she personally made it” I was baffled at the fact she said that so I hand over the food and told her to check cause I don’t need to lie she aggressively slam the door and just gave me a Mexican pizza I told her there more items missing when she start yelling jumping like a crazy monkey doing the most so I went inside and ask for a refund upon entering I observed chaos trash full, nothing instock ,lack of cleaning, line broke down early, drive time was 12 minutes, extremely rude employees, and like there no reason why you have 6 people on shift and u have the store in bad condition ,some just walking around going nothing high as a kite with open drinks, eating with gloves, another one his cell phone this people are the definitely the circus of the zoo these wild animal are disrespectful with no customers service no apology, not making it right, if inspection was to go in there y’all will get some much fines I’m so disappointed of the lack of service and how rude she was (not the Asian lady)calling me fat and over weight, discriminating me all in front my 6 month infant. taco bell do better she liability and needs to be fired immediately I already called the HR to make a my report so they can open up investigation and get access to those camera between 10:45pm to 11:20pm 10/22/25 cause what she did was wild all i wanted was some hot food further into my investigation they are more reviews on this same employee where people complain about her for unnecessary roughness and rudeness attitude at the window, y’all need to take action with this problem for the best of ur business !my Taco Bell experience will never be the same, no hair nets, a lot of the shoes that aren’t slip free..smh OSHA will also be called too , field leaders, district manager she was extremely rude and crazy.

There’s a lady who works the night shift that is unbelievably rude, always walking around with an attitude instead of helping customers. She spends more time loudly complaining about her job than doing anything productive. I waited almost 40 minutes for food that was supposed to already be ready, and when I finally got it, most of my order was missing. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. Every single visit it’s the same lady, constantly using foul language and complaining about everything. By the way she carries on, it honestly seems like she’s the manager—making the whole experience miserable every time.

I love taco bell, and this isolated incident won’t deter me from enjoying their services FOR NOW. However I found two separate hair strands in my burrito at this location while doing a drive thru. Not sure where to raise concerns apart from surveying so just posting this review might be taken as a constructive criticism.

This Taco Bell is pretty good. They are usually fast, and they almost always get my order correct. And, the staff is friendly.
