I checked in and ask my order , someone already looked into it but didn’t get a response from them. After a few minutes, I asked another staff assistant and they said the order didn’t went through. If I didn’t reach out again. I would have waited for nothing. Also we have a value meal and missing the 4 pc chicken nuggets. We find out and she reacted it’s our issue.

First mcdonalds I have ever seen that wont give you refills. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP COMING TO THIS LOCATION AND TEACH THEM A LESSON. Mcdonalds has already become the worst service since going all mobile, now taking away the refills, “for sanitary reasons”. Give them the hurt customers!!! Obviously the local managers choice, and a bad one. I dont remember seeing a discount for drinks with no refills!!!!

I’m a UPS driver that delivers in this area. I asked for a refill on a small soda and the manager Jameson told me no. I told him people usually take care of their delivery drivers and was still denied. Never coming here again!

ZERO STARS!!! What McDonald’s does not give refills…. This one. And if you compare their prices to other McDonald’s in the same city they charge about 10% more for everything!!!! And offer less service. No refills!! I would rather drive to ANY other location. I will never be back!!!

They are terrible here. I went through the drive thru and they missed 3 items and didnt get my order right. I went inside and they took another 45 min to fix their mistake. I wasnt the only one waiting there for service and as we are saying “excuse me excuse me” the manager and staff is totally ignoring everyone. I finally get my food and I ask for the cooperate number and that takes another 10 minutes. Then the send the cook manager and even to get the names of the staff, it took them forever. They gave me the names ROSA AND CARMEN. If thats even their real names. If I could give them negative stars I would. I come here because it’s close to my house but they are always so terrible!

don’t go here or doordash from here. i gave this spot multiple chances and they completely screw up your order whether it’s in person or from doordash. today alone i received a burger with no patty IN PERSON. the person that took our order even read it back to us correctly to confirm so i’m sure it has to be within those who prepare the food. we ordered two m&m mcflurrys and got two oreo mcflurrys then on doordash, we were missing a large coffee and a mcchicken. how are you going to give me two straws but one drink? i’ve had to get my money back multiple times on doordash in which my bag was never opened by my dashers and i reached out to confirm with the drivers that the driver didn’t forget to give me another bag. i left a bad review for this mcdonald’s on doordash a few times as well. this mcdonald’s has gone completely downhill.

HORRIBLE. Took forever to get our food and it still all tasted old and was cold. One of the employees wasn’t even in uniform. Would not recommend! The one of Foothill and Archibald was way better.
