I’m not usually the type to make reviews but you all should be very very ashamed of the food you are sending out of you’re store. people are paying money, people are expecting to recieve what they paid for. My food was disgusting and i was give the slightest amount of food even tho i paid $25 for a single bowl. I paid extra ror more meat to only receive one meat, a scoop of rice and a bowl full of sour cream with a few pieces of lettuce? is it that serious over food? that you can’t give people what they paid for?

My food was freezing cold like it had been sitting the the freezer, my steak was chewy and also cold. like y’all need to fire everyone in there and maybe retry. it’s a damn shame that you are even comfortable sending this food out of youre store. I ate one bite of this and this is the size serving i have for a $25 dollar bowl. do better

We ordered a Bowl, Tacos, and Kids Meal. The food and service was good.

My son orders the Chipotle Honey Chicken Tacos often at other Chipotles and the spice level in this location is a little hotter than the other locations.

The kids meal came with a bag of chips, but the bag was pretty light.

Burritos wrapped or in a bowl that come with fresh ingredients. The employees work quickly to get you to the register. Friendly staff. Can be a bit pricy.

I placed a mobile order at 2:10 PM after receiving a notification for free double protein. The app estimated the order would be ready by 2:20 PM.

I arrived at 2:20 PM and was told it would take a few more minutes because the store had run out of meat. By 2:47 PM, there were approximately 20 customers waiting, and a staff member informed us it would be another 30 minutes.

At that point, it was clear the total wait time would exceed an hour, nearly an hour past the original estimated completion time for a mobile order.

I contacted customer support to request a refund and asked whether a courtesy voucher could be issued given the experience. A refund was provided, but no additional accommodation.

I’m leaving a 1-star review because the core service completely failed. While I appreciate the staff offering free fountain drinks to customers waiting, a courtesy drink does not offset an hour-plus delay for a mobile order that was promised in 10 minutes.

The food here is good and usually pretty fresh. However, I abhor the way they operate the kitchen line (not the cooking at the back). For starters, they really need to stop cleaning up the store before the closing time. It’s 10:26PM and they close at 11PM and half of the food line is already emptied and they are wiping things down. You can’t be cleaning and also serving customer’s food on top of what you’re cleaning and the chemicals or cleaning towels you’re using. Then you use the same hands to now put on gloves to serve food. It’s not appetizing and likely not that sanitary. It’s a big turn off. Start cleaning up the food line and putting up the food when you ring up THE VERY LAST customer. Also, they need to train their employees to be more neat and less sloppy when they’re serving the food on the line. Having the food fall all over the place OR taking it off the counter and putting in a plate is not okay, and probably also not sanitary. I have observed this more times than I would like to admit at this location (and others). It’s been going on for too long. Today was the camel. Again, it’s not appetizing and it really can start turning customers off from Chipotle. Would recommend they consider a serious change across the board because it’s getting pretty ridiculous.

Hate when the locations aren’t all consistent. Chips not salted and were like a hard stale chew not a light crunchy chew. Guac and chicken good however I returned to the store because they forgot my extra chicken and fajita vegetables. When I returned they admitted that they were out of fajita vegetables when my online order was placed but that the employee just failed to give me my extra chicken. I’m going to suggest that the company specifically for online orders they need to provide the employees apology stickers to put on our bags to let us know when there’s something missing from the order (that didn’t cost us extra … like veggies or dressing) so that way they acknowledge the order is essentially wrong but that they were aware of it so that way we don’t get all the way home to realize it and be disappointed. For instance if I was ONLY missing the fajita vegetables they could have put a sticker that says it and I would’ve just kept it moving. I wouldn’t have made a u turn for veggies. I had this happen at another location they were out of the dressing but when I picked up my order I didn’t look in the bag I drove home got ready to eat only to realize the dressing wasn’t in there but if they’re given stickers to put on the bags to say hey we’re out of this item then it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. I wouldn’t be as mad thinking someone just didn’t care about my order being accurate.
March 2022 Food was terrific. Best bowl I’d have in a very long time from any location. Crazy how wildy the taste varies each time you visit.

Everything about this location sucks. Literally every time I go there’s always something wrong. I had enough of this location. First off. The lady African American girl super rude. We get to the line she asks what type of beans and rice and lets us know that there’s no steak when we get to the protein section. Now we’re just clueless of what to do. 2nd is her not hearing me that I wanted half and half is outrageous. That’s fine though I don’t mind paying extra it’s a simple mistake.. TO FINISH IT OFFFF. I had her freaking long hair in my food. I literally took a bite and felt a string of some sort and I thought it was cheese… TURNS OUT it’s her hair. Please be more sanitary and respectful employees. Place should be closed down respectfully. I recommend the 5001 cooper location instead of this one. Don’t waste your time here you’ll be eating hair more than eating your chipotle 0/10 choose the tacos across the street..

5/8/21 I asked my roommate to make an order for me at 1:30pm for 1:45, the order wasn’t ready until 2, which is not an issue cause I have previously worked at chipotle. But I ordered extra brown rice and double steak. The bowl felt significantly lighter and when I opened it, it wasn’t even filled. Not only that whenever I called the store to get it remade, the cashier was not having it. So I ask to speak with the manager. I was left on hold for 10minutes. Called back 3 other times and no response.

As an old chipotle employee it sucks to see how bad it has gotten for these locations the online orders at this location sucks but they always have a line set up everytime I go in… you would think the”take out specialist” would be more carful with the online order or at least care for them with todays prices everyone should be more careful and respectful for peoples order. Today I ordered my regular Salad double steak extra sour cream extra cheese I even added on my name “side of sour cream” to make sure I got that and guess what I got ….. a bunch of nothing 26 dollars gone to waist …. I guess I’m eating a rice salad today bcus that’s all I got I had like 6 pieces of steak (I counted them) no cheese or sc on the side smh. I hate people waisting my time and money. So I’ll leave this review here please people go to another location obviously the employees here don’t care you call the store and the automated system transfers you and no one answers 0 stars maybe train people that actually care to be a “Specialist”

Ordered on the app when to the store and the lights were off and the store had a sign that said temporarily closed. Chipotle is refusing to give me a refund and says the store is open. Terrible restaurant and chain will never eat here again!
