Went for pre-Valentine’s day. Food was great. Used more of a broth for cooking instead of oil.
We were seated quickly. Service was good, they did not rush us along. (2.5 hours to dine)

My fiancée and I visited for our first time on Valentine’s Day and were absolutely BLOWN AWAY!! From the service, to the food, to the overall experience it was a 10/10!
Our server was Tremayne and I can’t say enough good things about him! He provided great service and assisted us with any questions we had along the way. Would definitely recommend asking for him!

First time ever being here! What an absolutely awesome experience. Came here for the wifes birthday with the family.
Ashley our server was tremendous! Her knowledge of the food, what sauces paired, what cheeses, salad dressing and what pairs best was well done!
She made the evening an absolute success.
The food was great. We went with The Big Night out! There were 4 of us.
Went with the Classic Alpine Cheeae. Smooth and favorable. Went extremely well with the green apple and grapes believe it or not! And yes, Ashley’s suggestion!
Next salads, 3 of us went with house salad, blue cheese, holy Schinkeys it was good!
Another went with the california, it was great too!
Then we went with the Feast amd the Fuaion! Great combo, it was very good.
Of course, the chocolate, the flaming turtle capped the night off. Now to be honest, I am not a chocolate guy, so I defer to the other 3 who said the chocolate and all that went with it for dipping…marshmellows, fruit, brownies, bread of all typw…oh my gosh. (OK, ok ,ok I tried 1 rice Krispy dipped in chocolate andnit was good)
The fact we sat here at our table and cooked and ate, super experience!
Highly recommend eating here sometime! Ask for Ashley!

Ambient atmosphere and outstanding service! We got the “Thurs-date” and arrived to a beautifully set table with red rose petals and roses in a vase we were able to take home. The meal came with four courses- a cheese fondue , salads, entree fondue, and chocolate fondue. None of the courses disappointed! From start to finish the food and service was perfect. The manager also stopped to make sure our needs were met and to introduce himself! I’d highly recommend their mocktail selection also. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, check out the melting pot! I’d give more stars if I could. Thanks for a memorable evening!!

Went with a group of four and had the four course meal option.
Course 1 Cheese: The bacon cheese we got had bacon jam and scallions in it and was extra good with the bread, apples and peppers. The grapes however were sort of a strange addition and they didn’t taste very good with it.
Course 2 Salad: I got the Caesar salad and it was a nice break from the fondue.
Course 3 Entree: We got the Pacific Rim and French Quarter meats to put into our broth. The experience was fun, and we got to cook our own meats. The sauces were also good. The only thing was not everyone at my table liked all the extra spices on all of the meats.
Course 4 Dessert: The chocolate fondue was rich and delicious, and the fruits and cakes were all really good too.

Exceptional and friendly service from Sarah for helping make great keto choices for one of us and catering to our needs. The food was excellent and plentiful. Enjoyed grilling part of our food and broth for the other part as well as the cheese fondue starter. Will definitely be back.

I was so excited coming for the first time. It was a beautiful place. Awesome service. The food was just not good. My steak was tough. My shrimp never cooked right, it never turned pink. My chicken was just yucky. They gave you the tiniest amount for dipping. I really was so excited.

We ate here today for lunch and Sierra M was our server. She was so kind and helpful! The service was really good. After we told her that we were eating here because I’m going to college in Columbus on Wednesday, she made me a cute little chocolate design on a plate wishing me good luck (I dipped some stuff in the whipped cream). Best service at a restaurant that I can remember having. She was awesome!
