Tried to call to speak to manager.. goes straight to voicemail. We always order big orders. We are a family of 7 . There is always an issue, either large fries filled halfway might as well get a medium.. but then mediums would be filled as a small. Always pay extra for sauces (always order on the app)and never tend to get them and when asking for them ..on top of that they get mad and give attitude or get mad when another worker tries to give whatever was missing . The order somehow always gets messed up. Either sauce missing. Or adding ingredients I took the time to customize so they won’t be included…ect.. today really did it though.. I wasn’t feeling too good and bought my kids a meal each.. 50$+ .. double quarter pounder had the meat raw in the middle . Mind you My son was halfway through ..smh.. I try calling and nothing.. you would think employees appreciate big orders ..more business right ? But i feel like they despise them . I hope my son does not get sick from this meat not being fully cooked and I would like a refund as well . I dont care if it’s only for that certain meal . But come on man… do better.. the waiting for order i dont care and dont mind because I know it’s a huge order . I know what im in for when it comes to that . But still having food messed up after waiting 30+ minutes ..smh..

We ordered at a kiosk when we arrived and waited 25 minutes for two quarter pounder meals and a happy meal. Then the food was cold and the happy meal was missing the sauce and apples! Luckily, we only had to wait 5 minutes to get the sauce and apples. The playground was nice, but the bathrooms did not have a changing table. So they draw kids in with the playground, only to expect you change them on the sticky bathroom floor or in the eating area. Then when I attempted to get a single refill, we waited with our cup for 20 more minutes to get a refill.

We had just a slight problem with our order, they were out of frappes—which was no big deal. Ms. Tammy was the sweetest person ever and seemed to genuinely want to help. Every word she said put a smile to my face. Felt like family! Food and order were great as well!!

Every single time we receive our food at the second window, Dante is there—and he consistently delivers exceptional customer service. He is extremely polite, engaging, and always greets customers with a friendly smile and a great attitude.

When we noticed he was gone for a while, his absence was truly felt. That’s how impactful his presence is. I finally saw him again last night and made a point to ask his name so I could let him know his customer service and smile were missed and noticed.

McDonald’s, please recognize Dante! He is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your brand—the mold you should copy for others to follow.

This location was overall pretty clean and the playground was nice. Our food was as expected, but the play area was freezing cold… way over-AC’d. However the reason for 3 stars is the service was lacking. I ordered food, took a table number as expected, and sat in the play room watching my kids. The table number says “we will bring your food out,” and every other location I’ve been to that was the case. I waited for quite a while and then an
employee finally came to the door and asked what number I was, then turned and left before I could respond. After waiting in the line for quite a while I finally saw a tray of food to the side and checked and saw it was mine. All the interactions with that employee were equally lackadaisical.

I felt the need to write this review because it’s wild to me that the McDonalds drive through staff are friendlier than any dine-in restaurant I’ve been to recently. I am starting to choose McDonald’s breakfast over basically everything solely because the service is always above and beyond, and I love being greeted with a smile and positive attitude!!! On top of that, the order always comes out hot and delicious!

Very disappointed in the food service. I ordered sprite for my grandchildren along with their meals through the drive through.

Guess what ? All the sprites were carbonated water with no Sprite syrup. McDonald’s cannot do the basic things right. I’m home away from the restaurant with no easy way to correct the problem. As the customer I will not likely go back to this McDonald’s.

I visited this McDonald’s location tonight 11-20-2025, and my experience at the first drive-thru window was very disappointing. The cashier at the first window was rude and had a noticeable attitude. Her appearance was not professional, and she was wearing a purple ear pod while working. She rushed customers and was openly complaining that people “need to hurry up,” even though the store still had an hour before closing.

When I pulled up to the second window, I asked the young man for her name, but he explained that he had just started and didn’t know it.

Overall, the customer service was unacceptable and needs improvement. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

Pulled up to this McDonald’s at 11:14pm. I’m the only person in line and no one has acknowledged me at the drive through speaker. I’ve been sitting here for almost 10 minutes and the store doesn’t close for another 46 minutes.

I have to say, it one of the best clean McDonald’s I ever seen. They also have a playground for kids which was also nice and clean. The only bad part about it was my Food wasn’t fresh. That’s the only downfall for this McDonald’s. I know they can do better.
