I ordered my breakfast this morning sausage egg biscuit coffee and hash browns came to $8.30 with the tax. The menu shows sausage and egg McMuffin meals for $5. The only difference was the McMuffin and a biscuit. Why he failed to inform me in regards to the different prices. Star wars charge 3 hours extra for getting a biscuit instead of a McMuffin. To me that’s considered poor service.

I was asked to move away from the drive thru window & park, with tge promise my order would be brought to me. Then they actually gave my order away to someone else. When i walked in to have the mistake fixed, they gave me attitude when i asked that the order be remade. I did eventually get my order.

Awful customer service from Alejandro! He was very hostile and arrogant; he needs additional training, whether it’s hands-on or computer training on how to treat customers and handling food. Awful service!!! I do not recommend this location, stay away.

Both lanes of the drive-through are open. Lobby is open too. If you order on the mobile app, they really get to your order very fast. Several electrical outlets are uncovered so that you can charge your phone. Self-serve Drink Station disabled, so you have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for refills, or for them to unlock the bathrooms.

Big Mac meal wanted an iced coffee and was told that’s only for breakfast. Not sure when the McCafe menu became breakfast only, it hasn’t. I’ve got it before at this location in the past, even at a later time. I hope its was not due to laziness.
