It is wonderful bread for inexpensive price. I have found myself buying the pre-made pizza dough and taking it home and making pizzas…
Flatten it out, put some pizza sauce on it, some cheese, some toppings. . put it in the preheated oven at 550 degrees for 7 minutes, and you will have a pizza that will rival any pizza shop.

Oh yeah, they’re raisins cinnamon bread is really delicious. Especially toasted with some butter on it.
Good place to get hamburger and hot dog buns for the family cookout, or just a loaf of bread for sandwich making during the week.. All 4 less than half of what you get it in the grocery store.

I have purchased rotella sandwich bread for many years. Last ten or so loaves have had holes in the bread. Hard to spread anything on it. I called talked to owner Jim Rotella he had a guy bring me two loaves. The bottom of the bread is very hard. I just think it’s time to try something new. At 4 bucks a loaf. Just not worth it anymore. I wish it would let me post a photo of the holy bread but it don’t give me that option. I purchase my bread from Walmart or Hy-Vee. Update 2-28-2026. I’m done no more rotellas bread for me. It really went downhill the past year. Holy bread, hard bread. Time to find a new brand. I’m done wasting my money.

Love the retail shop. Since we live in Fremont we only get limited types and amount of Rotella’s products, except the one I prefer the most, which is the Italian Twist. So, hitting up the retail shop once in a while is great, and even better now that they are open on Saturday’s, where in the past it wasn’t.

My only issue is I never find twist out in the trays only in the freezer. I do freeze my bread when I purchase multiple loaves l, but would prefer that I freeze them. With them frozen already it causes moisture in the bag when thawing out. But still love this place.

Highly recommend!!

This place is a gem for excellent, high-quality discount bread. Shelves are packed with everything from classic white and multigrain to French-toast bread, plus buns, brioche, and rolls. They also stock rotating specialty loaves—think raisin, jalapeño, blueberry, and more—so there’s always something new to try. Even when it’s “day-old,” the bread is soft, fresh-tasting, and comes in convenient 1- or 2-lb loaves that are perfect for sandwiches, toast, or the freezer.

Customer service is outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier—they’re happy to answer questions and point out the day’s specials. The value is hard to beat, the store is quick to pop in and out of, and you leave feeling like you scored a find. If you’re anywhere near Omaha and love great bread at great prices, do yourself a favor and stop by. Highly recommended!

Best deal in Omaha. One of my favorite stores to visit. Gotta love a hard roll on the way out.

This is a bakery outlet. It sells day old bread loaves of various kinds, buns, and pizza dough (frozen or refrigerated). We love the pizza dough and usually pick up some fruit breads (they rotate kinds, but I’ve seen blueberry, cranberry, cinnamon raisin…), and then a regular loaf or two like sourdough or honey wheat. The pizza dough was $1.50 each unless you bought 10, then they were $1.18. Bread loaves for 1 lb loaf were$0.95.

My family loves this hidden gem. We consistently get fresh bread at half the store price. The ladies who work in the store are always kind and efficient. They give my kiddos a free roll at the checkout, which is a big hit.

Yesterday we got 3 loaves for $3!!! There are only two in the picture because one is gone. We love this place and go back time and time again. Oh! and they have pizza dough and affordable GF bread!

It’s the only place you’ll get fresh factory bread in Omaha. The prices are super low. If you want to get fancier bread you’ll have to go to a regular bakery but you’ll pay a lot more, but you will get better bread.
