Went around midnight. Line was long but worth the wait. Cashier/Cook was mutli-tasking, very patient, and was getting those orders out in a timely manner! Will definitely be back!

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. That was the only good thing.
The food was very salty. The dining room was dirty. There were was only a couple clean tables, and there was food and garbage on floor under the tables. There’s a chair on top of 1 of the tables. This was my 1st visit to 1 of your locations and it will most likely be my last.

I went to the drive-thru, I ordered a 24 Krystal Steamer box. I paid for my order, which costs $34 , knowing I would have to wait I was fine with that. I pulled over to one of the side parking spaces. I waited. The lady brought the order to my car. She said enjoy they are fresh. Getting home to Clinton, my husband wanted to eat immediately. Every burger in the box looked like they were crumbled up and crammed in there little boxes, oh and not a one of them had pickles, but loads of onions I only chose this store because it was on my way from west Knoxville. Never again.

This is my first time stoping by Krystal. This location opened late and had drive thru with friendly and fast service. My server was really nice helping me order when I said this was my first time here. The hot dog and slider tasted juicy. The small size was great for extra meal after dinner and the price was really cheap.

This store is nasty as hell and it stinks so bad when you first walk in. A dirty mop bucket full of dirty water was right in the front of the door when you first walk in. My husband and I are traveling and we always love to catch a Krystals if we can. Never have we experienced this mess! The bathrooms are disgusting! Shut this location down!! SMH

It’s been a long since I have been to a Krystal so I was very excited to go to this one. I went Thursday morning (7/24 around 1 am ) and the food was fresh and excellent. It was so good that I went this morning (7/25 around 2 am) and the difference was night and day. The second time seemed like the food had been under a warmer for way too long and just seemed old. and stale. Nothing like the first night. The management needs to focus on quality consistency.
If I was the manager I would keep an eye on the crew that worked Friday morning at the time mentioned above because they are doing your restaurant a huge disservice.

I’m crazy about a Krystal. That place was crazy busy at 1 am after the Vols beat Florida in OT. We were craving some Krystal burgers. Tried the chicken too and the spicy was no joke! They cook the hot sauce into the batter. Whooo weeee. The staff was overwhelmed but they did an amazing job of moving the folks along. Even saw them politely and without issue fix an order that I guess was incorrect. Go Krystal and go Vols!

Props to the lady running the drive thru and the register. The dude cooking is not friendly at all. I said hello – he looked at me and walked away smo ke another one buddy. ♂️…. The place smells like a Mexican resturant, like bathroom or bad curry . It’s actually gross. Unique to this location since I’ve been to other Krystals restaurants… Looks clean though sooooo… I’d go again..

Me and my husband made an order at 3:40am, the order was a sack full and a pick five. They said our receipt was in the bag. We get home and I open up the bag with my pick 5 to find there are only 4 items in the bag, was suppose to be 2 regular chicks, 1 Nashville hot, and 2 pups. I go to look for the receipt and there is also no receipt in the bag. Very disappointed in not getting all our order and having no receipt to even show for it.
And a side note – why do the napkins look like wadded up trash.. Doesn’t look appealing on top of food or for use.. Hopefully they were fresh and clean, just irresponsible wadded up which made them look used.
