This definitely wasn’t what we thought it was when we looked it up online. It’s a sit down fast food place with restaurant style atmosphere. The food was BAD but it was closer to mediocre than the homemade style we were looking for. Overall, price wasn’t bad.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times and usually I pick up my food without a problem, i’ve ordered delivery a couple times as well and this is the second time I have ordered and items were missing. I had ordered a duo with a drink and when i went to pick it up from my porch, no drink, I also ordered a large so it’s 3.50. Then I opened the back and the rice crispy that I ordered was also not included. I ordered this around 3:00 pm and I probably won’t order here again. Also they skimp out on their meats.

Me and my wife went their today, First of all she ordered the noodles bowl and added steak,there was no steak at all in her bowl after paying for it, she was very upset about that, I ordered the Japanese noodles and also added steak to mine, the Steak was so dried out along with the dried noodles, this was the worst noodles bowl I ever experienced having, this is the reason I have not been there In almost 2 years. We figured we would try them again. This really upsets me after spending my money. My wife also ordered some potstickers which were not cooked properly. These restaurants are getting very bad! Owner needs to fix these problems

My friend and I ordered DoorDash…. And most times I get the Mac and cheese and normally it’s all the way full. Tonight it wasn’t even halfway full. This is not acceptable especially for the price.

We live a block away and haven’t been here in probably 20 years. We love to cook at home from scratch and are usually very disappointed when we eat out. Everything we got was amazing we loved it. What a great treat!

My first experience with Noodles and Company was a pleasant one. I ordered the pesto cavatappi (add red onion and tomato) with a side salad and extra pesto sauce.
There was no wait to place my order. The staff was attentive and accurately processed my order. My only complaint is the lack of flavor/ taste. Despite extra sauce, I found the meal to be exceptionally bland.
Overall, I found Noodles and Company to be responsibly priced with a variety of options.

This noodles location sucks! Twice now when I have ordered something and they forget to give me the main portion of the dish. The first time I got the Mediterranean pasta salad and they didn’t put the PASTA in it. Tonight I ordered the Pad Thai and they didn’t put the egg in it so the dish was just noodles. My Fiance picked it up and said they weren’t even busy.

We ordered the Japanese noodles and penne Fresca both with impossible nuggets and they were all good, also got a baguette and some cheesy bread, would totally recommend them to anyone. This was our first time ordering from noodles and Company and though it’s not amazing or anything, I would come back on a take out night for sure. Items to go were packaged well, veggies and bread were all fresh, and prices were reasonable for the size and quality of ingredients. We ordered ahead and everything was ready on time, service was pleasant.

It appears they have updated the menu since I’ve been here last. There is nothing wrong with keeping it fresh. I opted for a classic standby, spaghetti, and meatballs. In my mind, not much can go wrong with this dish, and they absolutely nailed it. Loaded with shredded mozzarella cheese and good taste. I was delighted with making this my lunch choice. The proportion was definitely spot on for lunch. They also have a coke dispenser that let’s you pick different flavors to add to your soda choice. Mine was vanilla added to rootbeer. Perfect refreshment to wash down lunch. I believe that pricing was very fair for all I received. The restaurant was very clean over all and the staff was very pleasant. I say give it a try, you’re going be happy and your belly will to!

I ordered two Chicken Parmesan dishes both of which lacked adequate sauce to cover the noodles, dry, overcooked and hard noodles and burnt chicken. The employee who packed up my order had to see the dishes before she put the top on and still packed it up to go. I asked for extra sauce and was told the price of extra sauce versus the employee addressing the issue. Sometimes I feel like when an order is made for take out/to go restaurant employees don’t do quality control. That’s what I feel I experienced today.
