There isn’t enough time nor space for me to say all the wonderful things I want to say about this place! I’m a frequent guest there, but this past Sunday was for a special occasion. My son got married and he and his beautiful wife chose to have loved ones gather at the Enterprise location for dinner. When I asked the manager, Nikita about it, she didn’t hesitate to say “YES!!!!!!” She made sure there was adequate staffing ready for the event and frequently made contact with me to see if there was anything special we needed. We were allowed to decorate, which made the dinner even more special! The staff were all hands on deck from beginning to end! The food, OMG THE FOOD!!!! It was delivered quick, hot, fresh, and was SOOOOO GOOD! EVERYONE was weeeell taken care of by the staff!!! When it comes to fast & friendly service, affordable prices, and great food, Ruby Tuesday of Enterprise, AL is top tier in my book!

I ordered a steak that arrived not only improperly cooked, but with a smell that immediately made me question whether it was safe to eat at all. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but when food smells off before you even take a bite, that’s not a preference issue — that’s a kitchen issue.
The salad bar was worse. Dried, crusted food around containers, wilted toppings, and an overall appearance that made it very clear this area is not being maintained with any kind of regular care or sanitation. It looked neglected, not busy.
What made the experience go from disappointing to alarming was the manager on duty. Appearance matters in food service, and the level of uncleanliness and unprofessional presentation from someone in charge of the establishment did not inspire confidence in how the kitchen or staff are being run.
This wasn’t a “bad night.” This was a systemic neglect vibe from top to bottom.
I left concerned less about my meal and more about how many other people are being served food in these conditions without realizing it.
Ruby Tuesday used to be a reliable chain. This location is doing real damage to that name.
Avoid this place.

I should have ran when I saw the salad bar. Wilted lettuce, everything mayo based was crusted… but you know… I got what I could, some tomatoes, olives just random things. The food came out. My steak smelled like it had spoiled. And after the condition of the salad bar I was afraid to eat it. The manager was quick to comp it bc I literally ate nothing. Waitress was sweet and very apologetic.

Only 6 people eating in restaurant when my wife and I walked in!! Stood there 10 mins waiting to be seated so I went ahead and went to restroom while waiting on a hostess!! The men’s restroom was completely disgusting! (I hope their kitchen is cleaner than that)! Only a few people eating the restrooms should have been very clean!! Service was good!! Food didn’t come out at same time and fries were cold and limp and literally maybe 10 small French fries! I have been working in restaurants my whole life, and I know that usually when the windows and restrooms are dirty then usually the whole kitchen is!!

Garden bar- Brown lettuce, stale croutons. Sour pasta salad. I asked for crispy fries and got undercooked soggy limp fries. They were warm outside and cold inside. Pretty obviously they microwaved them for a bit to warm them up. I demanded fresh crispy ones. Ketchup is packets now like fast food places. To go drinks the lids didn’t fit and they taped them on. I had an app code to get my drink free and waitress refused it. Said I have to tell them before ticket is made. NO. They just have to go to the computer and enter code and reprint the ticket. Lazy. Such a dump. The manager should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered takeout today and got Boneless Wings for $12.99, a Rib Eye* and Ribs for $23.49, and a Loaded Guac Smashed Burger for $13.49. Attached are photos of the food from tonight. To start, 5 tiny boneless wings. Is what it is but for 12.99 i definitely expected a bit bigger than that. Then, the loaded fries. Barely got a hand full of fries and a sprinkle of cheese.
For the price I paid, 58.81 for a quick takeout meal, the food was pretty much on par for a fast food restaurant like sonic or something. Extremely small portions and sloppy presentation. Would not recommend coming here.

It was ok, but nothing spectacular. The smell is weird in the whole restaurant. Our waitress was very tired and was bringing us wrong bills. Oh well. I liked the French fries and the rice. But the chocolate cake was very old.

Brittany made our experience at Ruby Tuesday absolutely wonderful. From the moment she greeted us with a warm smile, she brought such great energy to the table. She took her time explaining all the specials, helped me decide what to order, and was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing.
She checked in often to see if we needed anything, stayed efficient throughout the meal, and was genuinely sweet and kind the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.
