I order through door dash, when I realized I forgot something I immediately made another order. I had two door dasher head over but one DoorDash accidentally took booth orders. The other DoorDasher was waiting there and when the staff realized what happened they made another order so nicely. A big thank you to the staff over there for their understanding in this situation.

First, the woman working didnt hand us our 2nd drink before closing the window on us. We drove around the front, got the drink, drove away and then realized they forgot the hashbrown too. Super disappointing. Not sure why that person was working the window, they clearly didn’t want to be. I remember the good ol’ days when McDonald’s had great customer service. Nowadays people have such bad attitudes, its nuts.

Got there at 7:25 Ordered three small ice creams went up to the pay window and waited 15 minutes until a worker stuck their head out of the other window and waved us to come up and then sat there for another 15 or 20 minutes and The worker sat in front of the window for five minutes, just wiping his hands and being very slow and they were making other people‘s food before our three small ice creams. We ended up getting out of there at eight overall the experience was not good in these workers need to get trained better cause it was not a good experience.

This is unreal. May be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. You come out with a new Burger an it tale an hour to fulfill the order. It would have been faster had I driven to the McDonalds in Eau Claire to pick up a burger. Will never go here again. Bridge has been burned

This is a really nice McDonald’s stop. The store is exceptionally clean and clearly well managed. Food came out extremely hot and fast. The play place is beautiful large and has plenty of room. There’s a dedicated restroom inside the play area. Plenty of seating, too. One of the nicer McDonald’s I have been too.

For the last 4 months we have gone here every week. But every time food has been under cooked, a part of the meal was forgotten, it takes over 30 minutes to get our food. Nothing is ever right and tonight it took over 30 minutes to get our food, it wasn’t that busy inside, order only half came out on the tray. All we got was a free coffee coupon. No apologies from management or anything.

Fries are never fresh and gross! Burgers are never fresh or even warm! Getting wrong items and then I let worker know and she claimed other places are making it wrong. No, you’re the one screwing up! Too expensive for horribly gross food! Never ever fresh! Wait time is awful!

Missing food in a limited edition grinch meal. Waited to get this meal in my city and they were missing everything except the burger and still promoted it at the same price. Had to go back in multiple times because the burger is only 6 dollars and the meal makes it over double that. Manager on shift wasn’t very pleasant to deal with but she gave me a free meal to replace my now ice cold meal. ♀️

Waited almost 30 minutes for breakfast because they “had to make eggs.” Seriously? They are frozen pucks that you nuke! It’s not like you have chickens out back. You can get a faster meal from a sit down place. Just go someplace else.
