I usually never give bad reviews, but I went through the drive thru tonight and got a #3 Burrito Supreme without onions, lettuce, and add rice. And i got a soft taco supreme with no lettuce. I had to ask them to remake it twice because the first time they made it there was lettuce on the taco, and only meat and beans on the burrito?? The second time I went inside and got them to remake it they just added everything on it including rice and kept the taco the exact same. Really disappointed because I was extremely nice and clear about what i wanted on it.

Everytime I go there they always messy my tacos up. I always ask for supreme tacos when I go but for the past 7 or 8 times I been going there I have to constantly send me food back to them because they ALWAYS don’t make my tacos supreme. It would have been ok if it happened like once or twice but EVERYTIME I go ??! That’s is crazy.

I have been letting it slide the last 4 times this happened, but tonight I really wanted my sour cream on the itmes I ask for it to be added to.. I’m tired of it! Now it’s starting to feel intentional . It just happened again!

This is not how anyone’s morning should start. I came inside to place a simple order because the drive-thru felt rushed but the store wasn’t even busy. The staff claimed they were “busy” but my order was messed up twice. I was so frustrated I couldn’t even find the right words. On top of that I could hear them talking about me while trying to ‘correct’ it— “she’s sensitive.” I asked what makes me so sensitive for having my order wrong twice! Their behavior was petty, immature and completely unprofessional. I had to involve the shift manager just to get my order right.

1st time back in a Decade. AND I WAS owed a FREE meal from past manager For reporting Horrible customer service. * TODAY, just one man working the inside counter as there were FEW inside customers. But HE WAS GREAT; Smiling, Courteous and Helpful. Kitchen seemed Stressed trying to keep up with Drive-thru orders but was hanging in there. They HAVE been at THIS Location for a LONG TIME but I wish they would move to a place with MORE AMPLE room for Parking outside. THIS Alone would Probably help generate MORE Inside Customers.

It was nite shift. Real quick the tacos lacked meat on the steak but it was good. The drinks were okay. Large order but it was correct.

A couple of friends and I went to this taco bell a few weeks ago. It wasn’t crowded and there seemed to be at least 5 workers in the back. The 3 of us only ordered drinks in large cups. I ordered a large soft drink for myself and a large baha blast slushie for my friend. 30 minutes later, I went to the register to ask about our drinks since they had not been made. I explained it wasn’t a big deal and I understand that they get busy (even though it wasn’t busy inside the restaurant) and was just wondering when we’d get our drinks so we could leave. The guy I was speaking to was very sweet, and apologized for the 30 minute wait, but said the best he could do was give me a small cup and let me fill it up at the soda machine. I explained I’d ordered 2 large drinks for myself, but I don’t think he understood, and told me all he could do was give me one small cup. I spent 6 dollars for my drinks and was never refunded.

The manager Alisha was very rude and disrespectful after I expressed a complaint of MY FOOD THAT I PAID FOR !! She hung up the phone TWICE! I do not tolerate any disrespect especially when respect is given and I will be taking further action.
