So when we went through the drive thru this evening, I place our order and go to the window and realize my daughter’s food wasn’t on the receipt. Thinking that she may not of heard me I asked her to add it on. The women (whom I assume is Kristen K as listed on the receipt) tell me I have to drive back around. Which would have been fine if I wasn’t the ONLY car in the drive thru/parking lot. So I called and asked to speak to the manager, and wanted to see the the manager was Kristen K. When I asked the managers name she REFUSED to give it claiming “she wasn’t comfortable”

Changed my review because they been getting everything correct and it’s been fresh and as good as it can with a fast food taco place. It’s always clean and the staff at this location is always nice and friendly.
New update 10/2025 well I’m not sure what these bugs are but they are all over the floor on the inside, I couldn’t see how far back they went past the counter but they were over by the soda machine in the middle of the floor. I thought it was ants but they have wings? Good was good maybe a surprise in it? Idk

Don’t do Dine In … super slow. They don’t care if anyone is at counter waiting to be served. Drive thru customers are the only thing going here. Sad and sappy. I waiting 15 min. Only one lady said she would be with me in a minute.

The music was way too loud. When asked to turn it down, the worker had to ask the manager. They still did not turn the music down. I would not return to this location to eat.

I used to go there so often, breakfast, lunch and even dinner. But today I made an order through their mobile app. Chose drive-through as pickup option. App said my order is in the process of being made and it takes 3-5 minutes to complete the order. I went there to pickup but noone was seen at the front. I honked twice but nobody appeared. Then had to go inside. Three ladies were busily talking at the back and didn’t even realize somebody entered. When I finally got the attention of one of them, I found out that they didn’t receive my order at all. I was soo pissed at this location, and the company itself for such terrible work with app. They offered me to make my order there, but I decided I will never eat their food again, so I cancelled my order.

Waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru after placing our order ! when we finally received our food we had regular tacos and Taco Supremes all thrown into the bottom of the bag together. had to pick my Cinnabon Delights out from under tacos & packets of sauce as they weren’t in their bag .1 napkin for 9 tacos and the whitest Tomatoes I’ve ever seen some with the core still in it !

I swear, the nightshift crew are some of the rudest and most stuck up people I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. There is no need to get an attitude and roll y’all eyes whenever I want the food that I paid for. It’s not my fault that y’all hate yourself and are miserable.
