This place is right next to my shop, literally my neighbor. I’ve been eating breakfast here for almost 10 years when I get to work in the morning since I been in business. I get the occasional late evening food when I’m next door working late because it’s easy for me. But after tonight, 2/18/2026 8:10 pm, I’m done with this place. The night shift that was in there tonight was rude as hell. I walk in to order and the lady jumps of her phone and out of her chair says “you can’t come in and order because there is only 2 people working.” I just stared at her and said “that’s convenient”. I didn’t want to sit down and eat, just order the food and get out. Literally takes 5 minutes if that. Then I thought to myself, WTH do you want me to do? Walk back over to my business, get in my truck, drive 10 seconds next door and go through the drive through? Then as I walk off she tells me “oh you can’t order anyway because the truck is here and we isn’t fixing no orders while they here”. Then both of them just stare and watch me walk back over to my shop. So these people are getting paid hourly to sit on there butt and find any reason to turn business away because they want to be lazy and do minimal work. Ridiculous. I’m not sure who the women was working tonight but it was only 2 of them so I’m sure it wont be hard for management to figure it out. The morning crew and Mrs. Donna are super nice and friendly but unfortunately I’m done with this place. A few bad apples spoil the bunch. If I ever had an employee like that or employees, they wouldn’t have a job the next day. If you don’t like your job, leave and do something else. I don’t mean to rant and go on but this is pure laziness and no work ethic at all. Hopefully management will find a way to put a stop to this. Too many times have I walked over and the door locked because they don’t anyone coming in. An I’m not doing your “contact us” web/url. Hopefully management at this location will see this.

This is the best way to have Krystal buns, breakfast with egg, sausage and cheese! Have always loved since I first found it. The drive-thru service was good. The building is dated but it is a 1932 business. Maybe a remod back to the 30’s.

This store states it’s open 24 hours. I pull up to the drive thru at 4:15 am hoping to get some breakfast before work. I was greated on the speaker only to,”were only doing door dash right now”. So,why are you even open?

It’s Sunday, 648pm and I have been waiting over 20 minutes for a 12 sack. I don’t have an issue waiting but when 4 cars have received their orders and inside is empty, I just can’t fathom what is taking so long. Wow. I could never THAT person and make a big deal out of it but, I’ve already paid and I’m trying to get to the house. Y’all need to tighten up on the service. The cashier did throw in some extra fries but over 20 minutes!!!! Come on..

Wasn’t as busy as I remembered it to be but service was prompt. I was able to get my order without waiting long. On a good note it appears that the little burgers have gotten a little bigger. With that distinctive good Krystal burger taste they are still as good as they have always been.

The person taking my order clearly didn’t listen. I asked for eggs over easy, and was ask to pull around to the door. After waiting 15 minutes I walked in and they were still working on my plate, they were not busy, they gave me scrambled eggs!! The service is the worst!
