I’ve never had a problem with this Qdoba before but tonight I got a chicken bowl and the chicken was so undercooked and slimy it was disgusting. Took one bite and threw it out.

This isn’t a burrito, this is a mini burrito that’s 80% tortilla
Had to ask 5X for more food in my burrito while being argued with it’s “extra” while the bin is 95% empty. Giving micro scoops of meat and reacting like you’re working hard isn’t fooling us…
I ordered a burrito and had to ask literally 5x for more… this is a “burrito” you can literally wrap 3 times with excess tortilla.
I like the general manager she is nice but the Mexican lady on the front line is very rude and getting multiple bad reviews. My wives rice didn’t even fill her bottom of the bowl. You can’t be serious?

*Update* I followed the instructions to email their support with the case number. Their reply was dismissive. It was a waste of time. I received a canned, automated response telling me I should have had my food remade at the store. This was a to-go order and I live 20 minutes away. Expecting a customer to drive 40 minutes round-trip to fix a kitchen mistake is wild. Even worse, this was a “recovery” meal for a previous bad experience at a different location. That’s two locations in one month that couldn’t get a basic order right. Their “Guest Relations” is just a bot loop with no real solutions.
I am here to report the same issues others have noted. The portion sizes are a joke! We got two bowls from curbside pick up and had extra on each item and definitely didn’t get extra. There were the total of 3 pieces of cilantro in my bowl and rice was thin, I ended up making more rice at home to add to it. When you can see the actual bowl itself, you know there’s no rice. It’s pretty bad when you ask for extra and that wasn’t even close to what you get. Wouldn’t want to see a bowl that wasn’t “extra.” It has to be this location, because I was just at another one in Texas, and we didn’t order “extra” since it was lunch and had gotten so much food! Shame on this location.

I have been eating at this Qdoba for 10+ years. Never bothered to leave a review. It was always solid and never had a bad experience. That is until I could hardly be in the building for more than a few minutes because of the sewer smell. I was ended up going to the chick fil a next door for the sole reason I couldn’t handle the smell, even though I prefer the food at Qdoba.

This was our first time trying Qdoba and it was delicious! My oldest daughter is vegan so sometimes we struggle as a family of 6 to find a restaurant that everyone is happy with. Qdoba was perfect for that! Everyone loved what they ordered. There are so many options. We were very surprised. The restaurant was clean and the seating was comfortable. The only disappointment was the employees weren’t very friendly. They seemed bothered to be helping us.

LETS GIVE CHIPOTLE A CHANCE. This place specifically sucks. I gave the location a second chance… once again barely any steak and it was all in one end of the burrito. It’s criminal at this point to charge for extra protein when there already isn’t hardly any. Never again. Never tried Chipotle but that will be my next place if I ever crave a quick bowl or burrito.

I used to eat here at least three times per week. Since the new manager, the bowls are 50% smaller. They fill the bowls halfway and throw the lids on them. It’s not an isolated incident; this is the sixth bowl that is half size. I won’t be eating here anymore. There is no value in starvation portions. If you have seen the portions shrunk by half, you need to leave a review because they are doing the same thing as Chipotle, another business that lost me as a customer.

It was a great burrito experience. I compare their huge burritos to Ted’s Mexican Cantina. The burrito was so big, I could barely finish it. They have 4 different flavors of salsa. If you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place!
