If I could go lower than 1 star I would. The workers were just overall rude to the point they close the window in your face while you’re talking. I don’t think there was one time I’ve gone to Wendy’s and they have gotten my order correct. If you’re gonna give me the wrong food, atleast make sure they don’t taste a year old and not half empty. I kinda wanna get what I pay for.

Seperate incident: how does this slop still pass for food? About once a year I stop in for something quick because its the only burger place close to home. This time I get home & you can’t even see the burger under all the ketchup and mayo then it must have been sitting & they microwaved it cuz the cheese & the bread are both hard. Made a mobile order when I got there they had all food ready so they said and just needed to make a chicken sandwich they ask me to pull up they were not busy so I thought 2 min tops 20min later they bring me my food fries are cold and my all of my frostys were melted when I asked the to remake it they refused.

Slowest drive thru service we have ever experienced. Items missing from the order. Drink was wrong. Sandwiches were poorly wrapped. Cashier didn’t give or offer a receipt – likely to keep anyone from submitting a review through the Wendy’s site.
We worked at a Wendy’s so we are usually very forgiving, but this is possibly the worst experience we have ever had at a Wendy’s. 15 min is not “fast food” and there were only 3 cars ahead of us in line.

I’ve been inside but mainly get food doordashed or use uber eats and it’s always hot and fresh, orders are always accurate. I never wait long at the drive thru and the staff are cool friendly, most of them. Last night it was 30 minutes to closing time and they still took me and my man’s order we walked there. Service is spotty. Most of the time I’m missing and item or it’s completely wrong. Managers always make it right, but crew seems to not care.
