This place never disappoints, I love the food and I had the juiciest greatest Burger of my life, I love the salad I waitress was so amazing, plus the atmosphere was amazing. I have the salad the burger and also treated myself to their chicken nachos which I brought home and I took one bite and kept going back and forth to the microwave to have more and more. I can’t wait to have another girls night out for dinner definitely getting a burger again.

Food was great. It was busy so we did have to remind our waitress about a few things, but Ally was quick and attentive. Having worked and managed over a very similar job, I’d say she is great at her job. I’d love to dine here again.

I came in with a party of 7 last week. They were very busy and were on a wait. We crowded into a packed bar to wait for our table. That’s when we were greeted by an absolute ray of sunshine. Her name is Caitlin and she is potentially the most amazing bartender and server. Apparently she was getting slammed by some margarita for a movie. She also had a jam packed section. Most might have accepted the table instead of sit in a crowded bar with 7 friends. We didn’t have to. Her manager Cheryl and her handled everything like seasoned pros and made us feel right at home. Best Chilis visit ever. Do yourself a favor and check out these amazing women. Thanks again!!!

After a long drive we were looking for something that wouldn’t disappoint and although the kitchen was a little slow, everything was excellent.

I always have a great experience at this Chili’s!The staff is always friendly and attentive and our food is always delicious! During my most recent visit, my waitress Emily was exceptional – very kind and on-top of it! I also noticed the manager, Cheryl, connecting with customers and ensuring things were running smoothly. Unfortunately do not remember our server’s name (she was a small white girl with glasses and I believe braces) but she was horrible to me and my friends. First of all, she gave attitude to my boyfriend when he changed his mind about getting a coke. As a former server I understand it is annoying when customers change their mind after you already do something but it takes less than a minute to fill up a coke from the fountain and they were absolutely not busy. Also to make an annoyed face like that IN FRONT of the customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made us uncomfortable from the beginning of our dining experience. Then, for the 1.5 hr we were there, she only refilled our drinks once, and we had to be the ones to ask even though it’s your job as a server to notice things like that. She also did not remove any of our empty dishes that we were done with from the table. I also have extremely social anxiety so I had my boyfriend ask for a box for me, to which she calls me out in front of our 3 other friends and says “You couldn’t asked me, I’m not that scary.” which made all of us uncomfortable. She also forgot to bring me the box for another 10 minutes after giving us the bill. Then she proceeded to beg us for good responses on the experience survey like she didn’t just make us all uncomfortable and give us one of the worst dining experiences ever. I honestly do not feel comfortable coming back and risk getting her as a server again. Side note: I also asked if she could substitute the tequila for vodka in the holiday margarita, she said no which I don’t understand because it’s not a premade frozen marg, and they’ve done it for other drinks for me in the past but also i don’t work there so idk how they’re made so maybe she genuinely couldn’t switch out the tequila for me. But if they could then that’s simply rude and lazy.
