Placed a mobile order at 9:25pm yesterday 04/25/25, marked to be ready at 9:30pm. We showed up a little while after the pickup due to a car stuck on the road, and checked in at around 9:40pm. Waited, watching multiple others get their orders, showing up after us. My boyfriend eventually tired of waiting and went up to ask at around 10pm. After getting the attention of an employee, he was told, “Yeah, it’s just over here.”
Here’s the unfortunate part. Once home we discovered both mains for our combos were not only incorrect, but foul in appearance. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, recieved a dry chicken sandwich with browning lettuce. Ordered a bacon garlic burger, recieved a soggy abomination not remotely resembling what was ordered. The drinks had about 3 sips each, mostly ice and topping. The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. We tried calling multiple times once we realized, but were sent to voicemail each time. While I do acknowledge they were busy with customers, it seems our order was marked as completed immediately and forgotten. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and what was provided, especially for the meal being over $50 before tipping.

My issue with this location is there are consistent issues. The only reason I am giving 2 star is because of the deals you can get on the app. I have always wondered why more often than not, I cannot check in when I come to pick up my orders. I thought it was an app glitch but now know its because they mark them complete before they are complete. I came on 11/1 and got a crispy chicke wrap that was beyond burned. I returned to the store and the lady that fixed the issue was very friendly. I just dont understand how someone can make the original one. It wasn’t a matter of perspective, my dog wouldnt even eat it, literally. One of the reasons I go to Sonic is for the pretzel. That has definitely deteriorated in quality and size. Today my sauces were correct. That would be minor if it wasnt always something…

App doesn’t have correct pricing and does not connect to stall numbers. Always have to walk in to tell them the stall number.
Corn dogs were overcooked in old oil.
Most servers are very cordial. A few don’t really care.

Ordered through the Drive Thru the person taking our order was very rude and Didn’t even get our order right, we waited at the window for 15 minutes before we got our order, missing all 3 orders of groovy fries only to be told they were out but still charged us for them, also missing our 3 piece chicken strips and our corndogs were raw and cold in the middle. We called for a refund and got told they don’t do refunds for Drive thru orders only mobile or online orders. Very disappointing and We wont be coming back.

M & M Shake, Reece’s Shake, All American Dog with tots, Toaster Cheese and Bacon Burger and tots. It was all acceptable. It appeared that there were maybe three people working that afternoon, service was a little on the slow side. But at least our order was verified after payment and was complete upon receipt.
Good shakes with a lot of flavors and varieties, getting there for happy hours, shakes and drinks 1/2 off is great. Don’t be in a hurry during 1/2 price drinks either

Came 10 minutes to when they closed and couldnt order a shake cause they cleaned the shake machine for closing!!! The whole point of sonic is for they’re shakes!!! What horrible customer service!! Such a dissapointment to rush all the way to the Kearns sonic and not beable to get what we’re coming for!! I feel bad for managers cause it’s so hard to find good employees now adays.

I guess it’s my own fault for not looking at the reviews. The food was nasty, the corn dogs weren’t cooked through, and the fries tasted like straight up grease.

My order was only a drink and their new salted caramel toffee bites.
The drink was fine, but the 4 bite biscuits did not have any kind of flavor. Not only did they not have any of the salted caramel toffee in, on or around the biscuits, they were just 4 little tiny plain pieces of a biscuit.

My issue is with how this location works with the app. From what i can tell, they prematurely mark orders complete before pickup to clear the log, and that makes it impossible to check in on the app. The result is that you have to click the button to get their attention, and of course the mobile order pickup spots don’t have buttons. Please fix your systems!

Got two large shakes here the other day, both with peanut butter. Both shakes had minimal peanut butter in them. It was basically vanilla soft serve all the way through! Never again! Waste of money!
