Like why do you guys come up with these offers and yet do stand up to it?? Nonetheless i just got a regular burrito at the regular price.
EDIT: I started eating my bowl and noticed I wasn’t getting any bites of chicken. In the entire bowl, there was about 6 chunks of chicken. I’m not big on meat and never request extra but dang, I may as well have ordered a vegetarian bowl. Beyond disapointing.
The confusion over every simple thing and watching the communication breakdown in real time was a fever dream. It’s like every single employee was stoned and overwhelmed by the “rush” of three families. The cashier went in the back in the middle of ringing out an already pissed off customer to eat and CAME BACK OUT CHEWING FOOD
Grill cook has headphones in (probably Phish) and is spraying down stainless steel walls with food on the counter. Order-taking-rice-scooping lady was about as friendly as a cactus and had to keep turning around to get Shaggy to give her more food because the line was absolutely cashed. Salsa boy looked like he got called in to work in the middle of a Vision Quest and wasn’t quite sure if he was actually there or dreaming. No idea who the manager was… If it was the dude in the polo shirt… Wow. Lol
And let me tell you bout the cashier. She was the spaciest of all the space cadets. She was actually on another planet. I mean, aside from shamelessly snacking mid rush, she kept scooting down to sort of wrap burritos, sort of write on the foil what things were, sort of walk all the way down to the tortilla press. When it was finally our turn to pay, she informed us that if we wanted chips, she would have to go in the back to get them, which would probably be about 15 minutes, as she had to ring out every customer first (and then motioned to the backed up line). But then the people after us got chips.
Truly just like… What has happened to you Chipotle? We came to rely on you as a staple. Through thick and thin, Chipotle was always good. And now? Well, you don’t care, because you still got your 45 bucks for two bowls and two drinks.
The floors were wet and looked poorly cleaned. The supervisor was rude, and the staff seemed uncomfortable and affected by his behavior. My bowl was not good at all—the service was below average, and the meat was extremely dry.
This location clearly needs better management. If I could give zero stars, I would
Long story short the worst chipotle experience we’ve ever had the customer service isn’t make or break but getting charged for things we didn’t get after specifically asking if they were in the bag and being lied to about it?
Insane we will not be returning to this location and if I were running this business I would suggest extra training and learning how to properly address everyday customers.
